Ud fra ekstraktionsmetoderne kan det konkluderes, at ultralyd, mikrob\u00f8lgeovn, Soxhlet-ekstraktion og dampdestillation hovedsageligt anvendes. Med hensyn til bredden af ekstraktionsmetoder er der relativt lidt forskning i superkritisk CO2-ekstraktion for at opn\u00e5 olie. evaluerede Lonicera japonica-oliens in vitro-antiinflammatoriske og antioxidante aktiviteter ved hj\u00e6lp af en celleinflammationsmodel induceret af lipopolysaccharid (LPS) og udf\u00f8rte fuld komponentanalyse af Lonicera japonica-olie baseret p\u00e5 GC-MS og UHPLC-QE-MS. Ekstraktionen af Zhongshan Silver Flower Oil i denne artikel anvender den superkritiske CO2-ekstraktionsmetode, som har god opl\u00f8sningsmiddelopl\u00f8selighed, lav ekstraktionstemperatur, stor sikkerhed og effektivt kan forhindre den oxidative nedbrydning af aktive ingredienser i medicinske materialer. Ved hj\u00e6lp af GC-MS-analyse blev der identificeret i alt 66 forbindelser i Shanyinhua-olie, hovedsageligt fedtsyrer (methylpalmitat, methyllinoleat osv.), steroler (\u03b3-sitosterol, stigmasterol osv.) og alkaner (squalan, n-tetradekan osv.). Forskning har vist, at flerum\u00e6ttede fedtsyrer som linolsyre kan h\u00e6mme de proinflammatoriske virkninger af mediatorer og cytokiner, der for\u00e5rsager inflammation, og lindre akutte og kroniske inflammationsrelaterede sygdomme; Sterolforbindelser som stigmasterol kan effektivt forsinke lipidperoxidationsreaktioner, h\u00e6mme stigningen i oliesyrev\u00e6rdi og peroxidv\u00e6rdi og har betydeligt bedre antioxidanteffekter end dibutylhydroxytoluen (BHT) og C-vitamin. Gennem UHPLC-QE-MS blev 142 og 83 forbindelser identificeret i henholdsvis positive og negative iontilstande, hovedsageligt inklusive terpener, coumariner og deres derivater, phenylpropanoider, alkaloider, flavonoider og andre forbindelser. If\u00f8lge litteraturrapporter kan terpenoider som vitamin D2 og ursolsyre reducere udtrykket af IL-6 og TNF - \u03b1 in vivo og in vitro, ud\u00f8ve antiinflammatoriske virkninger og have betydelig in vitro-antioxidantkapacitet. Flavonoider som naringin og brasiliansk hematoxylin kan h\u00e6mme frigivelsen af inflammatoriske faktorer som NO, PGE2 og TNF - \u03b1 i RAW 264.7-celler induceret af LPS og kan ud\u00f8ve farmakologiske virkninger som antiinflammatoriske, antibakterielle, antioxidante og antitumoreffekter. Unders\u00f8gelser har vist, at phenylpropanoidforbindelser som ferulasyre effektivt kan fjerne hydrogenperoxid, peroxynitrit og superoxidradikaler. Derfor kan det udledes af ovenst\u00e5ende resultater, at Shanyinhua-olie har antioxidante og antiinflammatoriske aktiviteter.<\/p>\n<p>Zeng et al. fandt ud af, at ekstrakter af kaprifolium og bjergs\u00f8lvblomster kan h\u00e6mme graden af \u00f8reh\u00e6velse induceret af xylen hos mus betydeligt og ogs\u00e5 kan h\u00e6mme frigivelsen af LPS-inducerede inflammatoriske cytokiner i RAW 264.7-celler i en in vitro-cellemodel. Begge har gode antiinflammatoriske virkninger in vitro og in vivo. Zou et al. brugte en LPS-induceret celleinflammationsmodel til at evaluere den antiinflammatoriske aktivitet in vitro af forskellige ekstrakter af Lonicera japonica. Forskellige ekstrakter af Lonicera japonica viste varierende grader af antiinflammatorisk aktivitet.
