Forskning har vist, at halv lotus hovedsageligt indeholder flavonoider, alkaloider og coumariner, som har farmakologiske virkninger s\u00e5som antibakterielle, antivirale, antitumorale, antiinflammatoriske og smertestillende virkninger. Halv lotus er en almindeligt anvendt traditionel kinesisk medicin i farmakop\u00e9en, men kvalitetsstandarderne for halv lotusmedicinske materialer under farmakop\u00e9en omfatter kun egenskaber, identifikation, inspektion og ekstraktionselementer, og kvalitetsstandarderne er endnu ikke komplette. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der stadig relativt f\u00e5 rapporter om forskning i kvalitetskontrol og komponentanalyse af halv lotus.<\/p>\n<p>Traditionel kinesisk medicin bruger hovedsageligt afkog som den vigtigste form for medicin, som er det materielle grundlag for effekten af kinesisk medicin. Efter tusindvis af \u00e5r med klinisk praksis kan etablering af kvalitetsstandarder for standardafkog af kinesisk medicin give vigtige referencer til etablering af kvalitetsstandarder for moderne kinesiske medicinformuleringer som f.eks. kinesiske medicinformelgranulater. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der ingen forskningsrapporter om standardafkog af halv lotus. 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 778px) 100vw, 778px\" \/>Halv lotus har en relativt let tekstur, og under afkogningsprocessen flyder en stor m\u00e6ngde komponenter over, hvilket \u00f8ger vanskeligheden ved at etablere fingeraftryksspektre. I processen med at etablere fingeraftryksspektre blev tre mobilfasesystemer unders\u00f8gt i betragtning af informationsindholdet, kromatografisk toprespons og separationseffekt: methanol-0,1% fosforsyreopl\u00f8sning, acetonitril-0,1% fosforsyreopl\u00f8sning og acetonitril-0,1mol\/L kaliumdihydrogenphosphatopl\u00f8sning. Endelig blev acetonitril-0,1mol\/L kaliumdihydrogenphosphatopl\u00f8sning valgt. Ved at anvende en fuld b\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngdescanningstilstand blev den optimale absorptionsb\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngde for fingeraftryksspektret bestemt. Det \"samlede topareal af almindelige toppe i fingeraftryksspektret\/pr\u00f8vest\u00f8rrelsen\" blev brugt som indikator til at v\u00e6lge den bedste forberedelsesmetode til testopl\u00f8sningen. Den etablerede metode til fingeraftryksspektrum blev valideret ved hj\u00e6lp af systematisk metodologi og opfyldte kravene. I 2020-udgaven af den kinesiske farmakop\u00e9 er der ingen indikatorer for indholdsbestemmelse under kategorien \"halv lotus\". Med henvisning til \"Hong Kong Chinese Herbal Medicine Standards\", Zeng og andre forskningsresultater er der etableret en metode til bestemmelse af indholdet af aktive ingredienser diosmin og paeoniflorin for at vejlede unders\u00f8gelsen af v\u00e6rdioverf\u00f8rsel i standardafkog. If\u00f8lge unders\u00f8gelsen af produktionsomr\u00e5det produceres halv lotus hovedsageligt i Guizhou, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Henan og andre steder med vilde ressourcer som hovedkilde. For at sikre pr\u00f8vernes repr\u00e6sentativitet gik vores medarbejdere dybt ind i de vigtigste produktionsomr\u00e5der for halv lotus for at indsamle pr\u00f8ver for at im\u00f8dekomme behovene i standard suppeforskning. Ud fra resultaterne af ekstraktionshastigheden, ekstraktet og indholdsbestemmelsen af standardafkoget kan man se, at der er visse forskelle i ekstraktionshastigheden, ekstraktet og indholdet af diosmin og paeoniflorin i de 21 partier af Banbianlian-standardafkog. Den maksimale ekstraktionshastighed og ekstrakt er ca. 1,6 gange minimumsv\u00e6rdien, og det maksimale indhold af diosmin og paeoniflorin er 2-4 gange minimumsv\u00e6rdien. Denne forskel kan h\u00e6nge sammen med forskelle i urternes oprindelse, h\u00f8sttidspunkt og forarbejdningsmetoder.<br \/>\n2020-udgaven af den kinesiske farmakop\u00e9 har ingen indikatorer for indholdsbestemmelse for l\u00e6geurten halv lotus. Flavonoider er en meget vigtig klasse af forbindelser i Half Lotus og er de vigtigste aktive ingredienser til behandling af kr\u00e6ft. Blandt dem er Diosmin en flavonoidglykosidforbindelse, der har den virkning, at den forbedrer ven\u00f8s permeabilitet og mikrocirkulation. Montessorin og Diosmin har meget ens strukturer og et h\u00f8jt indhold i Half Lotus. Derfor bruges Diosmin og Montessorin som indikatorer for indholdsbestemmelse af l\u00e6geurter og afkog, som har en vis specificitet og praktisk betydning. Ud fra beregningsresultaterne af overf\u00f8rselshastigheden er overf\u00f8rselshastigheden for diosmin og mogrosid fra afkogsstykker til standardafkog dog begge mindre end 10%, hvilket indikerer, at deres vandopl\u00f8selighed ikke er ideel. Ud fra andelen af almindelige toppe i fingeraftryksspektret kan det tydeligt ses, at andelen af diosmin- og mogroside-kromatografiske toppe i det samlede topomr\u00e5de i fingeraftryksspektret falder betydeligt fra afkogsstykker til standardafkog. I betragtning af manglen p\u00e5 lovlige referencestandarder med kendte koncentrationer for andre komponenter, der er identificeret fra fingeraftryksspektret af halv lotus, er der behov for yderligere forskning for at analysere overf\u00f8rslen af vandopl\u00f8selige komponenter. If\u00f8lge PCA-resultaterne kan det ses, at der er en betydelig \u00e6ndring i det relative topareal for de f\u00e6lles toppe fra Banbianlian-afkog til standardafkog.
