Sieb. et Zucc., en plante i Rosaceae-familien. Den er med i 2020-udgaven af den kinesiske farmakop\u00e9 som en almindeligt anvendt traditionel kinesisk medicin. Den har en beroligende virkning p\u00e5 leveren, fremmer ford\u00f8jelsen, opl\u00f8ser slim og spreder knuder. Det bruges ofte til at behandle sygdomme som lever- og mave-qi-smerter, depression og scrofula. B\u00e5de gamle optegnelser og moderne forskning tyder p\u00e5, at blommeblomster er fremragende til medicinsk brug med deres \"gr\u00f8nne b\u00e6gerblade\". De har bl.a. et gr\u00e5gr\u00f8nt b\u00e6gerblad og gule, hvide kronblade med en velduftende aroma og god klinisk effekt. Som medicinsk og spiselig urt kan gr\u00f8n b\u00e6gerblomme ogs\u00e5 bruges til at lave te, kager og andre f\u00f8devarer. Den blomstrer om vinteren, frisk og elegant, og er listet som den bedste blomst med h\u00f8j dekorativ v\u00e6rdi. Den omfattende anvendelse af gr\u00f8n blomme f\u00e5r stigende opm\u00e6rksomhed.<br \/>\nIndenlandske og udenlandske forskere har udf\u00f8rt omfattende forskning i den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning og de farmakologiske virkninger af blommeblomster. Phenylpropanoid- og flavonoidkomponenterne, repr\u00e6senteret ved klorogensyre, er det vigtigste materielle grundlag for blommeblomstens farmakologiske aktivitet. Deres antioxidante, antiblodpladeaggregerende, antimelaninproducerende og antidepressive virkninger er blevet rapporteret i vid udstr\u00e6kning. I de senere \u00e5r har flavonoider i blommeblomster f\u00e5et stigende opm\u00e6rksomhed p\u00e5 grund af deres antioxidante og antidepressive egenskaber. Der er dog kun f\u00e5 rapporter om den overordnede kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af blomme med gr\u00f8nt b\u00e6ger, hvilket forhindrer dybdeg\u00e5ende forskning og udvikling af dens sekund\u00e6re metabolitter.<br \/>\nMedicinalplanters sekund\u00e6re metabolitter har forskellige biologiske aktiviteter og er et vigtigt materielt grundlag for, at l\u00e6geurter kan ud\u00f8ve deres farmakologiske virkninger. Forskning har vist, at planternes forskellige v\u00e6kst- og udviklingsstadier er vigtige faktorer, der p\u00e5virker ophobningen af sekund\u00e6re metabolitter i planterne. Is\u00e6r for blomstermedicinske urter kan h\u00f8stperioden p\u00e5virke ophobningen af sekund\u00e6re metabolitter betydeligt. For at unders\u00f8ge de dynamiske \u00e6ndringer af kemiske komponenter og forskelle i antioxidantaktivitet i organer af gr\u00f8n blomme p\u00e5 forskellige udviklingsstadier blev der f\u00f8rst anvendt ultrah\u00f8jtydende v\u00e6skekromatografi quadrupol elektrostatisk felt orbital f\u00e6lde massespektrometri (UPLC-QE-MS) til kvalitativ analyse for at klarl\u00e6gge den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af gr\u00f8n blomme; gennem UV? Synlig spektrofotometri blev brugt til at bestemme det samlede flavonoid- og samlede phenylpropanoidindhold i 18 partier af gr\u00f8nne blommepr\u00f8ver i tre udviklingsstadier; Desuden blev ultrah\u00f8jtydende v\u00e6skekromatografi (UPLC) brugt til at bestemme indholdet af otte indikatorkomponenter (neochlorogensyre, chlorogensyre, koffeinsyre, rutin, hyperosid, isoquercitrin, isochlorogensyre B og quercitrin) i pr\u00f8ver af gr\u00f8n blomme, og forskellene i indholdet af de otte komponenter i forskellige udviklingsstadier blev sammenlignet; DPPH-metoden blev brugt til at bestemme antioxidantaktivitet, og korrelationsanalysen blev udf\u00f8rt mellem indholdet af samlede komponenter og indikatorkomponenter og antioxidantaktivitet. Flavonoider og phenylpropanoider tegnede sig for en stor andel med henholdsvis 67 og 50 forbindelser. Blandt flavonoiderne havde flavonoler den h\u00f8jeste andel, og komponenter som hyperosid og isoquercitrin, der fungerer som kvalitetsstandarder for blommeblomster, h\u00f8rer alle til denne klasse af stoffer. Unders\u00f8gelser har vist, at flavonoler spiller en vigtig regulerende rolle i udviklingen af blomsterorganer. Der blev kun fundet en komponent af anthocyaniner, som kan v\u00e6re relateret til den hvide farve p\u00e5 den gr\u00f8nne blommeb\u00e6gerblomst.<\/p>\n<p>En yderligere sammenligning af \u00e6ndringerne i sammens\u00e6tningen af den gr\u00f8nne b\u00e6gerblomme p\u00e5 forskellige udviklingsstadier viste, at indholdet af totale flavonoider og totale phenylpropanoider var h\u00f8jest i knopstadiet og gradvist faldt med graden af blomster\u00e5bning. Resultaterne af indholdsbestemmelsen af 8 indikatorkomponenter (neoklorogensyre, klorogensyre, koffeinsyre, rutin, hyperosid, isoquercitrin, isoklorogensyre B, quercitrin) viste signifikante forskelle mellem knopstadiet og det helt \u00e5bne stadie, hvor neoklorogensyre, klorogensyre, rutin, isoquercitrin og quercitrin viste ekstremt signifikante forskelle (P&lt;0.0001); Kemisk st\u00f8kiometrianalyse viste, at der var visse forskelle i den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af gr\u00f8n blomme i de tre perioder, og klorogensyre kunne bruges som en differentieret kvalitetsmark\u00f8r. Samlet set har den gr\u00f8nne blomme i knopstadiet fordele med hensyn til kemisk sammens\u00e6tning og antioxidantaktivitet med betydelige forskelle i forhold til de halv\u00e5bne og helt \u00e5bne stadier. Derfor b\u00f8r h\u00f8stperioden for medicinske materialer kontrolleres s\u00e5 meget som muligt i knopstadiet.<br \/>\nSammenfattende brugte dette eksperiment UPLC-QE-MS kombineret med UPLC-metoden til kvalitativt og kvantitativt at analysere den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning og forskellene i gr\u00f8n blomme p\u00e5 forskellige udviklingsstadier og sammenlignede forskellene i antioxidantaktivitet ved hj\u00e6lp af DPPH-metoden.
