Klassifikationssystemet betragter Acorales som en gren af monokotyledone planter i de mellemste angiospermer og er den mest grundl\u00e6ggende gruppe af monokotyledone planter. Under Acorales er der kun \u00e9n familie (Acoraceae) og \u00e9n sl\u00e6gt (Acorus), og almindelige planter omfatter Acorus calamus L. og Acorus tatarinowii Schott. 2020-udgaven af den kinesiske farmakop\u00e9 omfatter Acori Tatarinowii Rhizome og Acori Calami Rhizome, som begge er l\u00e6geurter af Acori-sl\u00e6gten. Acori Calami Rhizome er opkaldt efter sin anvendelse i tibetansk medicin, og de oprindelige planter er henholdsvis A. tatarinowii Schott og A. calamus L.. Moderne farmaceutisk forskning har vist, at traditionel kinesisk medicin af Acorus-sl\u00e6gten har gode effekter p\u00e5 forbedring af indl\u00e6ring, hukommelse og kognitive evner. I de senere \u00e5r er der ud over aktive komponenter som flygtig olie, \u03b2-asaron og sesquiterpener ogs\u00e5 fundet alkaloider med god aktivitet i traditionel kinesisk medicin af Acorus-sl\u00e6gten. Lao et al. isolerede tatarine A, catarine B og catarine C fra Acorus tatarinowii. Blandt dem kan ethylacetatekstraktet og n-butanolekstraktet af Acorus tatarinowii, der indeholder disse tre komponenter, forbedre hukommelsessv\u00e6kkelsen hos mus med scopolamininduceret hukommelsessv\u00e6kkelsesmodel betydeligt; Li et al. isolerede Acorus calamus alkaloider A og neo catarine fra Acorus calamus, som har gode beskyttende virkninger p\u00e5 beskadigede nerveceller.<br \/>\nAcorus calamus alkaloid er et strukturelt nyt tropoloisoquinolinalkaloid (TA) med det kemiske navn 6-hydroxy-5,8-dimethoxy-7H-azuleno [1,2,3-i, j] isoquinolin-7-on, j] isoquinolin-7-on)\uff0c Dets grundl\u00e6ggende moderkerne er 7H-azulen [1,2,3-i, j] isoquinolin-7-on (7H-azuleno [1,2,3-i, j]isoquinolin-7-on, forkortet 7H-AI7O, med skelettet vist i figur 1), Acorus calamus alkaloid er i \u00f8jeblikket den eneste forbindelse, der findes i naturen med en 7H-AI7O strukturel moderkerne. M\u00e6ngden af Acorus calamus-alkaloid i planter er dog ekstremt lille, idet der kun er isoleret 5 mg fra 10 kg t\u00f8rrede r\u00f8dder og st\u00e6ngler af Acorus calamus. I betragtning af de strukturelle egenskaber og den biologiske aktivitet af 7H-AI7O-klassekomponenterne bruger denne artikel derfor Acorus calamus-alkaloider som referencestof og 7H-AI7O-klassekomponenterne som overv\u00e5gningsobjekt og anvender ultrah\u00f8jtydende v\u00e6skekromatografi? UPLC-Q-TOF\/MS2 tandem quadrupole time-of-flight massespektrometri (UPLC-Q-TOF\/MS2) bruges til hurtigt at overv\u00e5ge og identificere sammens\u00e6tningen og fordelingen af 7H-AI7O-klassekomponenter i traditionel kinesisk medicin af Acorus-sl\u00e6gten. Tidligere eksperimenter har vist, at Acorus calamus-alkaloider (7H-AI7O-struktur) og Acorus calamus-alkaloider A (AA-struktur) kan isoleres samtidigt fra Acorus calamus. Den strukturelle forskel mellem disse to forbindelser ligger hovedsageligt i det faktum, at f\u00f8rstn\u00e6vnte har en ekstra carbonylgruppe i 7. position. Kombineret med 7H-AI7O-komponenternes krakningsegenskaber, der er tilb\u00f8jelige til at miste CO og generere [M+H-28]+, spekuleres der i, at der kan v\u00e6re et biotransformationsforhold mellem 7H-AI7O og AA-komponenter i planter. Derfor vil fremtidig forskning ogs\u00e5 udforske biotransformationsforholdet mellem 7H-AI7O og AA-komponenter i Acorus kinesisk medicin samt indflydelsen af jord, klima og andre faktorer p\u00e5 biosyntesen af 7H-AI7O-komponenter i planter.
