P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt har forskningen i fibrinolytiske enzymer fra spiselige svampe og deres funktionelle egenskaber f\u00e5et stor opm\u00e6rksomhed. Den N-terminale tolv aminosyresekvens af det fibrinolytiske enzym er Gly Ala Val Thr Gln Asn Ala Pro Trp Gly Leu. Efter sammenligning med NCBI-databasen blev det fibrinolytiske enzym identificeret som et nyt fibrinolytisk enzym. Den specifikke aktivitet af det fibrinolytiske enzym er 4105,78U\/mg, oprensningsfaktoren er 206,09, og aktivitetsgenvindingsgraden er 30,91%. Ved hj\u00e6lp af Native PAGE-elektroforese og SDS-PAGE-elektroforese blev det konstateret, at den relative molekylv\u00e6gt af det fibrinolytiske enzym var 30,9 kDa.
