Gennem high-throughput-detektion og databehandling afsl\u00f8rer den \u00e6ndringerne i metabolitter i biologiske pr\u00f8ver og deres reaktioner p\u00e5 forskellige milj\u00f8er, perioder og eksterne stimuli. Fra resultaterne af PCA kan det ses, at der er forskelle mellem forskellige dele; klyngedannelsesresultaterne viser, at de fleste metabolitter har relativt h\u00f8je niveauer i grene og blade.<\/p>\n<p>De forskellige metabolitter mellem r\u00f8dder og grene, r\u00f8dder og blade er terpener, estere, heterocykliske forbindelser, kulbrinter og alkoholer, blandt hvilke terpener, estere, heterocykliske forbindelser og nedregulerede tilstande er de vigtigste, med betydeligt reduceret m\u00e6ngde i r\u00f8dder; Opreguleringen af forskellige metabolitter mellem kulbrinter og alkoholer er dominerende, og disse to typer stoffer akkumuleres betydeligt opad i r\u00f8dderne. De forskellige metabolitter mellem grene og blade domineres af opregulerede tilstande, hvor terpener er de vigtigste opregulerede komponenter.<\/p>\n<p>Terpenoider er vidt udbredte i naturen og vigtige flygtige forbindelser i planter. De har antitumor-, antibakterielle, antiinflammatoriske, beroligende og dulmende virkninger og bruges i vid udstr\u00e6kning inden for mange omr\u00e5der som essenser, krydderier, daglige kemiske produkter osv. Denne unders\u00f8gelse identificerede 162 terpenoidmetabolitter i palmer. Ophobningen af de fleste terpenoider falder i r\u00f8dderne og ophobes i grene og blade, med h\u00f8jere niveauer i bladene. Men ophobningen af terpenoider som limonen, \u03b2-ionon, \u03b1-pinen, \u03b1-terpineol, magnolol og cedarol \u00f8ges.
