Denne sygdom er for\u00e5rsaget af dysregulering af lipidmetabolismen i kroppen. I betragtning af det t\u00e6tte forhold mellem kolesterolabsorption og lipidmetabolisme er kolesterolabsorptionsvejen blevet et vigtigt interventionsm\u00e5l for behandling af hyperlipid\u00e6mi, som effektivt kan forhindre hyperlipid\u00e6mi ved at reducere absorptionen af kolesterol i tarmen. Denne unders\u00f8gelse optimerede processen med at fremstille kamelblodpancreaselipaseh\u00e6mmende peptider ved neutral proteasehydrolyse baseret p\u00e5 pancreaslipaseh\u00e6mmende aktivitet gennem enkeltfaktor- og responsoverfladeeksperimenter. Under optimale forhold var kamelblodpeptidets h\u00e6mning af bugspytkirtellipase 42,13%. Ved at analysere de enzymatiske hydrolyseprodukter ved hj\u00e6lp af MALDI-TOF-MS, LC-MS og bioinformatik-teknologi blev tre peptidsegmenter, ALERMFLGF, GQPAVPVRF og WDPSKVPPR, identificeret som signifikant bindende for pancreaslipase. Gennem molekyl\u00e6re dynamiksimuleringer blev det konstateret, at de tre peptidsegmenter hovedsageligt binder sig til aminosyreresterne p\u00e5 det aktive PL-sted gennem hydrogenbinding og hydrofobe interaktioner, hvilket forstyrrer funktionen af den pancreatiske lipases N-terminale dom\u00e6neventil og h\u00e6mmer dens aktivitet. Blandt dem har GQPAVPVRF en h\u00f8j bindingsfri energi og et stort antal hydrogenbindinger inden for 100ns, hvilket betyder, at den kan binde t\u00e6t til 1ETH og forventes at blive en komponent i pankreaslipaseh\u00e6mmere. Forskningsresultaterne viser, at kamelblodprotein kan fungere som en kilde til lipaseh\u00e6mmende peptider i bugspytkirtlen. Der er dog visse begr\u00e6nsninger for resultaterne af den virtuelle screening, og i fremtiden er det n\u00f8dvendigt at optimere peptidsegmenternes vandopl\u00f8selighed og ford\u00f8jelsesstabilitet.
