P\u00e5 grund af den vanskelige behandling, den lange behandlingscyklus og de h\u00f8je behandlingsomkostninger er det en tung byrde for folks liv. Kemoterapi er en af de vigtigste metoder til behandling af kr\u00e6ft i moderne vestlig medicin, men p\u00e5 grund af de alvorlige bivirkninger og resistens over for kemoterapimedicin er behandlingseffekten ikke ideel. Derfor er det stadig et presserende problem at udvikle et bredspektret antitumorl\u00e6gemiddel med h\u00f8j effektivitet og ingen toksiske bivirkninger.<br \/>\nSelen (Se) er et essentielt sporstof for menneskekroppen og spiller en vigtig rolle i syntesen af glutathionperoxidase, thioredoxinreduktase og andre enzymer. Det deltager i forskellige livsaktiviteter og har stor betydning for menneskers sundhed. Samtidig har selen ogs\u00e5 forskellige funktionelle aktiviteter som f.eks. antioxidant og antitumor. Forskning har vist, at kr\u00e6ftpatienter lider af selenmangel i kroppen. Tilstr\u00e6kkeligt indtag af selen kan beskytte normale celler og reducere forekomsten af kr\u00e6ft. Det sikre doseringsomr\u00e5de for Se, der kan bruges i organismer, er dog meget sn\u00e6vert, og det er let at for\u00e5rsage forgiftning p\u00e5 grund af overdreven brug. Derfor er det afg\u00f8rende at udforske og udvikle sikre former for Se for at reducere dets toksicitet. Forskning har vist, at sammenlignet med traditionelle former for Se har selen-nanopartikler (SeNPs) lavere toksicitet og bedre biotilg\u00e6ngelighed p\u00e5 grund af deres unikke st\u00f8rrelse og overfladeeffekter. SeNP'er har dog h\u00f8j aktivitet p\u00e5 grund af manglen p\u00e5 nabokoordinerende atomer p\u00e5 deres overflade, hvilket g\u00f8r dem ekstremt ustabile ved stuetemperatur og tilb\u00f8jelige til at aggregere og danne mere giftig element\u00e6r Se. Derfor bruges dispergeringsmidler generelt til fremstilling af SeNP'er for at \u00f8ge deres dispergerbarhed. Polysaccharider har hydroxylgrupper i deres molekyl\u00e6re struktur, som kan binde sig til Se gennem intermolekyl\u00e6re hydrogenbindinger for at forhindre aggregering af SeNP'er. Derfor bruges polysaccharider ofte til at sprede SeNP'er. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der rapporteret om polysaccharider, der anvendes som nanoselenmodifikatorer, herunder astragalus-polysaccharider, konjac-glucomannan osv.<br \/>\nFucoidan (FD) er et naturligt vandopl\u00f8seligt polysaccharid, der stammer fra brunalger og best\u00e5r af sulfateret fucoidan, mannose, arabinose, glucuronsyre og andre monosaccharider. Forskere har fundet ud af, at fucoidan har forskellige funktionelle aktiviteter s\u00e5som antitumor-, antioxidant- og antiinflammatoriske effekter. Men der findes i \u00f8jeblikket ingen rapporter om modifikation af nanoselen med fucoidan. Derfor bruger denne artikel FD som stabilisator til at fremstille fucoidan-selen-nanopartikler (FD SeNPs) gennem redoxreaktioner.
