De vigtigste manifestationer er nefrotoksicitet, hepatotoksicitet, ototoksicitet og kardiotoksicitet, hvor nyreskade er s\u00e6rlig alvorlig. Det har en tidsdosisafh\u00e6ngighed. Flowcytometrianalyse afsl\u00f8rede, at sammenlignet med Con-gruppen var apoptosefrekvensen i CP-gruppen signifikant \u00f8get (P&lt;0,01). Sammenlignet med CP-gruppen blev apoptoseraten i kombinationsterapigruppen reduceret, og CPJT-H-gruppen havde den mest signifikante effekt (P&lt;0,01). Bcl-2-familien spiller en n\u00f8glerolle i celleapoptose, herunder antiapoptotiske proteiner som Bcl-2 og proapoptotiske proteiner som Bax. Bcl-2 spiller en vigtig regulerende rolle i den mitokondrielle apoptosevej og kan for\u00e5rsage celleapoptose ved at aktivere downstream-gener. Caspase-3, Caspase-8 og Caspase-9 er hovedkomponenterne i Caspase-familien og bruges ofte som vigtige indikatorer til at p\u00e5vise graden af celleapoptose. GRP78 og CHOP er mark\u00f8rproteiner for endoplasmatisk retikulumstress og vigtige komponenter i endoplasmatisk retikulumstress-induceret celleapoptose. Ved at unders\u00f8ge Bcl-2-familien, Caspase-familien og endoplasmatisk retikulumstress-inducerede apoptoseproteiner blev den beskyttende mekanisme for endofytiske lakridsbakterier mod CP-induceret apoptose i HEK293-celler udforsket. De eksperimentelle resultater viste, at sammenlignet med Con-gruppen opregulerede CP-interventionen de relative ekspressionsniveauer af Bax, Caspase-3, Caspase-8, Caspase-9, GRP78 og CHOP mRNA og protein (P&lt;0,05, P&lt;0,01), mens de relative ekspressionsniveauer af Bcl-2 mRNA og protein blev reduceret (P&lt;0,01). Sammenlignet med CP-gruppen viste interventionen af forskellige terapeutiske l\u00e6gemidler til endofytiske lakridsbakterier en vis grad af forbedring i CP-induceret HEK293-celleskader. De relative ekspressionsniveauer af Bax, Caspase-3, Caspase-8, Caspase-9, GRP78 og CHOP mRNA og protein i CPJT-H-gruppen blev signifikant reduceret (P&lt;0,05, P&lt;0,01), mens de relative ekspressionsniveauer af Bcl-2 mRNA og protein steg (P&lt;0,01).<br \/>\nSammenfattende kan endofytiske lakridsbakterier reducere CP-induceret apoptose i HEK293-celler og lindre CP-induceret nefrotoksicitet ved at h\u00e6mme udtrykket af de pro-apoptotiske proteiner Bax, Caspase-3, Caspase-8, Caspase-9, GRP78, CHOP og fremme udtrykket af det anti-apoptotiske protein Bcl-2.
