De findes i vid udstr\u00e6kning i Ligusticum chuanxiong-planten og den lokale plante Angelica sinensis. Han opsummerede eksisterende forskningsresultater og fandt, at mere end 70 phthalidforbindelser er blevet isoleret og identificeret i Ligusticum chuanxiong-medicinske materialer; Zhang et al. identificerede 55 phthaleinforbindelser fra Angelica sinensis ved hj\u00e6lp af UPLC-Q-TOF\/MS-teknologi. For eksempel kan komponenter som n-butylphthalein, ligustilid og ligustilid A beskytte hjernens neuroner mod isk\u00e6misk skade gennem forskellige mekanismer.<br \/>\nOrganiske syreforbindelser er en type forbindelser med carboxylgrupper i deres molekyl\u00e6re struktur, der er vidt udbredt i l\u00e6geplanter og hovedsageligt beriget i planternes rod- og st\u00e6ngeldele, s\u00e5som Ligusticum chuanxiong og Angelica sinensis i Umbelliferae-familien. De findes ogs\u00e5 i h\u00f8je koncentrationer i planternes blade og frugter. Organiske syrekomponenter kan regulere syre-base-balancen i kroppen, fremme stofskiftet, forbedre immuniteten, v\u00e6re antioxidanter, antiinflammatoriske, antibakterielle osv. Blandt dem er aminosyrekomponenter et af de vigtigste n\u00e6ringsstoffer for den menneskelige krop, som kan fremme stofskiftet og forbedre immuniteten. For eksempel har arginin effekten af at forbedre kardiovaskul\u00e6re og cerebrovaskul\u00e6re sygdomme og forbedre immunfunktionen; Organiske fenoliske syrer har antioxidant, antiplatelet aggregering, anti aterosklerose, immunregulering og andre effekter.
