W. Sm er medlem af sl\u00e6gten Rhododendron i Rhododendron-familien, ogs\u00e5 kendt som Rhododendron undulata og hvid tofubudding, som er udbredt i de fleste omr\u00e5der i det syd\u00f8stlige og sydvestlige Yunnan. Rhododendron-planter har den virkning, at de fjerner varme, afgifter, fremmer blodcirkulationen og stopper bl\u00f8dninger. I folkemedicinen bruges deres r\u00f8dder og blade som urter til indvortes og udvortes brug; denne plantesl\u00e6gt har en bred vifte af kemiske komponenter og nye strukturer, prim\u00e6rt terpener, flavonoider, flygtige olier, coumariner, phenoler og andre kemiske komponenter. Blandt dem er diterpenerne af typen grayannane repr\u00e6sentative og har betydelige biologiske aktiviteter som smertelindring, antiinflammatorisk, antitumor og antiviral. Nuv\u00e6rende forskning har vist, at planter i Rhododendron-sl\u00e6gten, s\u00e5som Rhododendron fortunei, Rhododendron fragrans, Rhododendron scoparia og Rhododendron grandiflorus, har komplekse kemiske sammens\u00e6tninger og gode anti-inflammatoriske aktiviteter. Men der findes i \u00f8jeblikket ingen forskning i den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning og biologiske aktivitet af Rhododendron yunnanensis, som er vidt udbredt i Yunnan. For at udforske den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning og biologiske aktivitet af Rhododendron yunnanensis blev der i dette eksperiment isoleret 26 forbindelser fra ethylacetatekstraktet af Rhododendron yunnanensis ved hj\u00e6lp af en systematisk separationsmetode, og alle forbindelser blev screenet for in vitro antiinflammatorisk aktivitet. For at afklare det antiinflammatoriske stofgrundlag for Rhododendron yunnanensis og give teoretisk grundlag for yderligere udvikling af dets v\u00e6rdi.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4830\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-98.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"765\" height=\"710\" \/><br \/>\nRhododendron er vidt udbredt og har rigelige ressourcer i Yunnan. Yunnan har 320 arter af rhododendron, inklusive underarter og sorter, som udg\u00f8r 56% i Kina og 31% i verden. Skikken med at spise blomster i etniske omr\u00e5der i Yunnan har en lang historie. Langvarig feltpraksis har vist, at jo m\u00f8rkere azaleaernes farve er, desto giftigere er de. Folk spiser normalt kun et lille antal hvide og lyse azaleaer, s\u00e5 hvide skyazaleaer findes ogs\u00e5 i Yunnan-folkets kost. Der findes ingen forskningsrapporter om sammens\u00e6tningen og aktiviteten af Rhododendron yunnanensis, da den kun er udbredt i nogle omr\u00e5der af Yunnan. For at unders\u00f8ge sikkerheden ved Rhododendron yunnanensis som vegetabilsk blomst og udforske dens antiinflammatoriske komponenter, unders\u00f8gte vores forskningsgruppe den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af Rhododendron yunnanensis og isolerede 26 forbindelser som resultat. Ved gennemgang af relevant litteratur viste det sig, at ingen af de forbindelser, vi rapporterede, havde nogen rapporteret antiinflammatorisk aktivitet. Derfor blev screening for NO-frig\u00f8relsesh\u00e6mmende aktivitet udf\u00f8rt p\u00e5 nogle monomere forbindelser, og det blev fundet, at forbindelser (2Z) -2,6-dimethyl-2,7-octadien-1,6-diol (13), 4-O-methylcedarzin (16) og 6,8-di-C-methyldihydrokaempferol (18) kan h\u00e6mme frigivelsen af NO i RAW 264.7-makrofager induceret af LPS. Blandt dem viste forbindelsen 4-O-methylcedarzin signifikant antiinflammatorisk aktivitet med en IC50-v\u00e6rdi p\u00e5 33,5 \u00b1 1,5 \u03bc mol\/L. Derudover blev tre toksiner af resveratroltypen (forbindelser 1-3) isoleret fra Rhododendron yunnanensis i denne unders\u00f8gelse. Litteraturen rapporterer, at disse tre forbindelser har betydelig smertestillende aktivitet. Men disse forbindelser tilh\u00f8rer kategorien neurotoksiner i nerve- og hjertesystemet, som kan \u00f8ge myokardiets kontraktilitet og fremkalde hurtige hjertearytmier, hvilket kan f\u00f8re til hjertestop og d\u00f8d. Der er mange rapporter fra udenlandske forskere om unders\u00f8gelsen af resveratrol, is\u00e6r i noget honning, hvor tilstedev\u00e6relsen af denne type toksin kan p\u00e5vises.
