Schott, en plante, der tilh\u00f8rer Araceae-familien, bruges som medicin med sine t\u00f8rrede r\u00f8dder og st\u00e6ngler. Den blev f\u00f8rste gang registreret i \"New Selection of Practical Chinese Herbal Medicines in Guangxi\". Den har en skarp og let bitter smag, en kold natur og er giftig. Den h\u00f8rer til lungemeridianen og har en varmeafledende, afgiftende, h\u00e6velsesreducerende og smertelindrende virkning. Taroens rod og st\u00e6ngel bruges ofte i folkemedicinen mod h\u00f8j feber, influenza, leptospirose, tyfus, skrofulose og tuberkulose; lokal behandling af s\u00e5r, forbr\u00e6ndinger, giftige slangebid og hvepsestik. Jianwei taro er giftig og skal udkoges i mindst 6 timer, f\u00f8r den indtages. N\u00e5r den indtages ved en fejltagelse, koges den ofte med eddike og en lille smule ingef\u00e6rsaft, indtages oralt eller skylles for at afgifte. I klinisk praksis afgiftes det ved intramuskul\u00e6r injektion af diphenhydramin og intraven\u00f8s injektion af glukosesaltopl\u00f8sning. Moderne forskning har vist, at vand- og alkoholekstrakter af taro har betydelige farmakologiske aktiviteter, s\u00e5som antiinflammatoriske, antitumor- og miltbeskyttende virkninger. Forskningen i det farmakologiske stofgrundlag for taro er dog relativt svag, is\u00e6r den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af dens petroleumsetherfraktion, som er begr\u00e6nset til GC-MS-analyse. Derfor blev petroleumsetherdelen af Tara acuminata i denne artikel taget som forskningsobjekt, og silicagel, Sephadex LH-20 og andre kromatografiske metoder blev brugt til at adskille og rense petroleumsetherdelen af Tara acuminata, og de kemiske komponenter i petroleumsetherdelen af Tara acuminata blev identificeret ved UV-spektrum, endimensionelt kernemagnetisk resonansspektrum og andre spektrale teknikker for at udforske det materielle grundlag for dets petroleumsetherdel-effektivitet. Samtidig blev cytotoksiciteten af de isolerede monomere forbindelser i brystkr\u00e6ft unders\u00f8gt med human brystkr\u00e6ft MDA-MB-231, MCF-7-celler og musebrystkr\u00e6ft 4T1-celler som screeningsmodeller. For at give et grundlag for dybdeg\u00e5ende forskning og udvikling af den spidse hale taro.<\/p>\n<p>I tidligere unders\u00f8gelser fandt vores forskergruppe, at petroleumsether-delen af alkoholekstraktet af Taro acuminata har god aktivitet mod brystkr\u00e6ft, og dens mekanisme er relateret til at h\u00e6mme udtrykket af p-ERK\/ERK i MAPKs-vejen. Imidlertid er det materielle grundlag for petroleumsetherdelen af alkoholekstraktet af Taro acuminata for dets antibrystkr\u00e6fteffekt stadig uklart. Derfor blev der i denne unders\u00f8gelse isoleret 16 forbindelser fra petroleumsetherfraktionen af rhizomet af taro, herunder estere (methylmyristat, ethylvanillinsyre), terpener (squalen, oleanolsyre, ursolsyre, perilla-alkohol, perillalakton), phenylpropanoider (p-hydroxybenzaldehyd, 7-hydroxycoumarin), polyfenoler (ethylgallat, protocatechualdehyd, protocatechuinsyre), aromatiske syrer (benzoesyre), fedtalkoholer (octacosanol) og phenolsyrer (gallussyre). Forbindelserne 2-15 blev isoleret for f\u00f8rste gang i tarosl\u00e6gten, og alle forbindelserne blev isoleret for f\u00f8rste gang i taro. Resultaterne af at h\u00e6mme spredningen af brystkr\u00e6ftceller in vitro viste, at forbindelserne 4, 8 og 9 havde visse h\u00e6mmende virkninger p\u00e5 spredningen af human brystkr\u00e6ft MDA-MB-231, MCF-7-celler og musebrystkr\u00e6ft 4T1-celler. Det blev fundet, at oleanolsyre, ursolsyre og ethylgallat kunne h\u00e6mme spredning og spredning af forskellige tumorceller og fremkalde apoptose af tumorceller. Deres antitumoreffekter kan v\u00e6re relateret til reguleringen af PI3K\/Akt, MAPK, Wnt\/\u03b2 - catenin og andre signalveje, hvilket er i overensstemmelse med mekanismen for petroleumsetherfraktion af taro i vores tidligere forskning i brystkr\u00e6ft.
