Baseret p\u00e5 identifikation og screening af kvalitetsmark\u00f8rer for forbindelser i Cistanche deserticola f\u00f8r og efter forarbejdning valgte vi fem repr\u00e6sentative forbindelser fra Cistanche deserticola, herunder Cistanche-glykosider F, verbascosid, isoergosterolglykosider, 2'-acetylverbascosid og echinacosid, og analyserede dem kvantitativt. En metode til bestemmelse af det kemiske indhold af Cistanche deserticola blev etableret p\u00e5 et HPLCQQ-MS-instrument. Blandt de fem komponenter tilh\u00f8rer Cistanche deserticola glycosid F klassen af phenylpropanoide oligosaccharider, mens de andre fire er phenylethanoide glycosider, som alle har betydelig farmakologisk aktivitet. Maorui-blomsterglykosid og pinealkrysantemumglykosid bruges ogs\u00e5 som referencestandarder for kvalitetskontrol i den kinesiske farmakop\u00e9. Hvis verbascosid isomeriseres for at producere isoergosterolglycosid, falder indholdet af verbascosid, mens indholdet af isoergosterolglycosid stiger. Men under forarbejdningen er pinealglykosid udsat for en hydrolysereaktion, hvilket f\u00f8rer til et fald i indholdet.
