Det er et halvgennemsigtigt arklignende fast stof, og p\u00e5 grund af hydrogenbindingen mellem polysaccharidk\u00e6derne er chitin uopl\u00f8seligt i vand, fortyndede syrer, fortyndede baser eller almindelige organiske opl\u00f8sningsmidler. Med sin ikke-giftige, gode biokompatibilitet, bionedbrydelighed og enzymnedbrydningsevne bruges det i vid udstr\u00e6kning inden for biomedicinske omr\u00e5der som l\u00e6gemiddelafgivelse, v\u00e6vsteknik, s\u00e5rheling og kr\u00e6ftbehandling.<br \/>\nPeriostracum Cicadae, ogs\u00e5 kendt som Cicadae, er den smeltende skal af cikadefamiliens sorte gr\u00e6shoppe efter eklosion. Dens kemiske sammens\u00e6tning omfatter hovedsageligt chitin, protein, uorganiske salte, aminosyrer, sporstoffer osv. Ultralydassisteret afkalkning og deproteinisering \u00f8ger opl\u00f8sningsmidlets indtr\u00e6ngning og forkorter effektivt ekstraktionstiden.<br \/>\nI det indledende eksperiment blev en vandig opl\u00f8sning af kaliumhydroxid\/urinstof brugt til frysning og opt\u00f8ning ved lav temperatur for at opl\u00f8se chitin fra cikadesmelter. Under processen viste det sig, at selve kaliumhydroxid\/urea-systemet har en betydelig indvirkning p\u00e5 frie radikaler. Dette studie unders\u00f8gte antioxidantaktiviteten af cikadesmelte-chitosan-suspension. Resultaterne viste, at n\u00e5r koncentrationen af cikadesmelte-chitosan-suspension var 18 mg\/ml, var ABTS-rensningshastigheden for frie radikaler 91.31%, hvilket viser en st\u00e6rk evne til at fjerne frie radikaler; N\u00e5r koncentrationen af cikadesmelte-chitosan-suspension er 15 mg\/ml, er fjernelseshastigheden for DPPH-frie radikaler 35,19%; N\u00e5r koncentrationen af cikadesmelte-chitosan-suspension er 20 mg\/ml, er fjernelseshastigheden for O2-frie radikaler 63,72%. Grunden til, at chitosan udviser fremragende antioxidantaktivitet, kan v\u00e6re, at det delvist er deacetyleret under syre-base-ekstraktionsprocessen.<br \/>\nPr\u00f8ver\u00f8rsmetoden blev brugt til at bestemme in vitro-koagulationstiden for kaninblod med forskellige doser af chitosanpulver. Resultaterne viste, at in vitro-prokoagulationsevnen af cicada molt chitosanpulver steg med stigningen i cicada molt chitosan-dosis. Sammenlignet med Yunnan Baiyao-pulver i samme dosis var in vitro-prokoagulationsevnen for cikadesmelte-chitosanpulver betydeligt bedre. Haleklipningsmetoden blev brugt til at bestemme bl\u00f8dningstiden og m\u00e6ngden af forskellige doser af cicada molt chitosanpulver p\u00e5 mus. Resultaterne viste, at den positive kontrolgruppe af cicada molt chitosanpulver og Yunnan Baiyao-pulver ved hver dosis kunne forkorte bl\u00f8dningstiden betydeligt sammenlignet med den blanke kontrolgruppe. Sammenlignet med Yunnan Baiyao-pulver i samme dosis var der signifikante forskelle i bl\u00f8dningstiden og m\u00e6ngden af chitosan, hvilket indikerer, at cikadesmelte-chitosan har bedre h\u00e6mostatisk evne end Yunnan Baiyao. Ved at etablere en museleverbl\u00f8dningsmodel og m\u00e5le s\u00e5rets bl\u00f8dningstid viste resultaterne, at cicada molt chitosan kunne forkorte levers\u00e5rets bl\u00f8dningstid betydeligt, og dataene for den samme dosis cicada molt chitosan var bedre end for Yunnan Baiyao positiv kontrol.
