I henhold til forskellige produktions- og forarbejdningsmetoder kan te opdeles i sort te, sort te, gr\u00f8n te, oolong te osv. Te indeholder hovedsageligt kemiske komponenter som te-polyfenoler, alkaloider, aminosyrer og polysaccharider, som har mange aktiviteter som f.eks. s\u00e6nkning af blodtrykket, antioxidation, antibakteriel, antiinflammatorisk, anti-tr\u00e6thed og s\u00e6nkning af blodsukkeret og kan forbedre det generelle helbred. Te-komponenter er vanskelige at ford\u00f8je i maven og kan nedbrydes af tarmens mikrobiota, n\u00e5r de kommer ind i tarmen, hvilket har en pr\u00e6biotisk effekt. Forstyrret tarmflora kan fremkalde fedme, diabetes og andre sygdomme og deres komplikationer; tarmmikrobiotaens tarmlevercirkulation p\u00e5virker direkte kroppens absorption og metabolisme af lipider; tarmmikrobiotaen kan formidle den regulerende effekt af tarmhjerneaksen p\u00e5 hjernens neurale aktivitet og kan ogs\u00e5 have indflydelse p\u00e5 psykologiske lidelser og deres behandling. Og de sundhedsfremmende fordele ved tarmmikrobiota afh\u00e6nger i h\u00f8j grad af metabolitternes virkning. Tarmmikrobiotaen kan metabolisere og producere gavnlige forbindelser, s\u00e5som kortk\u00e6dede fedtsyrer (SCFA'er), som hindrer patogener, regulerer immunresponser og fremmer differentiering og spredning af tarmepitelceller. Den vigtigste manifestation er, at tekomponenter kan omdannes til andre bioaktive stoffer af tarmens mikrobiota og derved p\u00e5virke kroppens sundhed. (2) Teingredienser kan fremme v\u00e6ksten af gavnlige bakterier og\/eller h\u00e6mme v\u00e6ksten af skadelige bakterier, hvilket forbedrer tarmmikrobiotaen. (3) Tarmmikrobiotaen kan producere specifikke metabolitter og regulere kroppens stofskifte gennem relaterede signalveje og derved p\u00e5virke helbredet. Der er \u00e5bnet op for en ny tilgang til at belyse te-komponenternes sundhedseffekter og mekanismer ved at fokusere p\u00e5 tarmmikrobiotaen.<br \/>\nDer er stadig nogle sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l, som kr\u00e6ver yderligere dybdeg\u00e5ende forskning og udforskning af forholdet mellem tekomponenter, tarmmikrobiota og det generelle helbred. (2) Resultaterne af forskellige unders\u00f8gelser, der bruger den samme sygdomsmodel, viser betydelige forskelle og endda modstridende resultater. Der er behov for yderligere forskning for at afklare, om dette skyldes forskelle i indtagelsesdoser eller individuelle forskelle. (3) Der er kun f\u00e5 rapporter om den komplekse tovejsregulering mellem tekomponenter og deres omdannelsesprodukter og tarmens mikrobiota samt de regulerende mediatorer og underliggende mekanismer. Eksisterende forskning fokuserer for det meste p\u00e5 f\u00e6nomenologiske resultater, s\u00e5som \u00e6ndringer i bakteriem\u00e6ngden og v\u00e6rtens fysiologiske og biokemiske niveauer, med kun lidt udforskning af de underliggende mekanismer. Analysen af de underliggende mekanismer, hvormed te-komponenter retter sig mod tarmens mikrobiota for at ud\u00f8ve sundhedsregulerende effekter, er dog ikke dyb nok, og de biokemiske og molekyl\u00e6re signalveje, der er involveret, er s\u00e6rligt bem\u00e6rkelsesv\u00e6rdige. (4) Te-komponenter kan nedbrydes eller omdannes i tarmen, s\u00e5 ved at kombinere metabolomics-analyser kan man bedre opfange \u00e6ndringer i te-komponenternes tarmmetabolitter og forklare deres potentielle virkningsmekanismer p\u00e5 v\u00e6rtens sundhed. (5) Ved at kombinere dyremodeller med f\u00e6kal fermentering kan man f\u00e5 en mere omfattende forst\u00e5else af te-komponenternes metabolisme i tarmen samt deres indvirkning p\u00e5 tarmmikrobiotastrukturen og den generelle sundhed. Is\u00e6r vil udviklingen af organoid-kulturteknologi bidrage til yderligere forskning i interaktionsmekanismen mellem te-komponenter og tarmmikrobiota. (6) Den fortsatte uddybning af forskningen i tarmmikrobiotaen og specifikke bakteriestammer vil bidrage til bedre at belyse de sundhedsm\u00e6ssige virkninger af te-komponenter rettet mod tarmbakterier.
