Den er hovedsageligt udbredt i Fangshan, Beijing, Shanxi, Henan, Hebei og andre steder og vokser p\u00e5 kalksten og klippeskr\u00e5ninger i 500-1600 meters h\u00f8jde. Lilla violette l\u00e6geurter bruges for det meste som hele urter med en s\u00f8d og kold smag som hovedingredienser. De har en varmeafledende og afgiftende virkning og bruges ofte til at behandle sygdomme som fork\u00f8lelse, feber, maves\u00e5r og s\u00e5r. Tidligere unders\u00f8gelser har vist, at denne plantesl\u00e6gt indeholder kemiske komponenter som alkaloider, flavonoider, coumariner og organiske syrer, hvoraf alkaloider er de vigtigste farmakologiske aktive ingredienser. Moderne farmakologisk forskning har vist, at alkaloiderne i denne sl\u00e6gt har forskellige aktiviteter s\u00e5som antitumor-, antiinflammatoriske, anti-myokardieisk\u00e6miske, antibakterielle og hepatobeskyttende virkninger. 2020-udgaven af Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China inkluderer C. yanhusuo i sl\u00e6gten Corydalis yanhusuo\u3001 Summer without C decumbens\u3001 Kudi Ding C L\u00e6geplanter som Bungeana, sammensatte Corydalis yanhusuo-tabletter og summer no-injektion er blevet brugt i klinisk praksis. Forbindelserne 1-10 var isoquinolinalkaloider, 11 og 12 var andre alkaloider, 13 og 14 var phenylpropanoider, 15 var flavoner, og 16 og 17 var lignaner. Blandt dem blev forbindelse 1 rapporteret for f\u00f8rste gang som et naturprodukt, og 2-17 blev isoleret fra Fangshan lilla violet for f\u00f8rste gang. De ovenfor isolerede forbindelser er stort set i overensstemmelse med de rapporterede sammens\u00e6tningstyper af sl\u00e6gten Corydalis i litteraturen. If\u00f8lge aktivitetstestresultaterne har de fleste af benzylisoquinolinalkaloidkomponenterne en vis h\u00e6mmende virkning, men de isolerede alkaloidforbindelser er generelt f\u00e5, hvilket g\u00f8r det vanskeligt effektivt at opsummere deres struktur-aktivitetsforhold. Efterf\u00f8lgende arbejde kan \u00e6ndre strukturerne i nogle benzylisoquinolin-alkaloidkomponenter med h\u00f8jt indhold og opsummere deres struktur-aktivitetsforhold.
