Den vigtigste aktive ingrediens i hamp er cannabinoid. I \u00f8jeblikket er mere end 110 naturlige cannabinoider blevet isoleret fra planter af cannabis-sl\u00e6gten, hvoraf tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) og cannabidiol (CBD) (se figur 1 for struktur) er de to vigtigste cannabinoide aktive ingredienser i hamp. Forskning viser, at CBD har antioxidantaktivitet, sedation, antidepressivt middel, anticancer, fedmebehandling, antiinflammatoriske egenskaber, vasodilatation og andre potentielle effekter og ikke har nogen hallucinogene og vanedannende effekter. Det er blevet et nyt l\u00e6gemiddel til klinisk behandling af brystkr\u00e6ft og epilepsi. I \u00f8jeblikket er cannabidiol i mange lande og regioner rundt om i verden blevet godkendt til brug som l\u00e6gemiddel og f\u00f8devare.<br \/>\nNaturlig CBD har en venstreh\u00e5ndet struktur, mens kemisk syntetiseret CBD normalt er en 1:1-blanding af to isomerer, venstreh\u00e5ndet og h\u00f8jreh\u00e5ndet. Med den kontinuerlige udvidelse af legaliseringsskalaen for hampedyrkning er forskningen i CBD ogs\u00e5 blevet uddybet, og folks forst\u00e5else af effektiviteten og sikkerheden ved CBD er steget kraftigt. CBD vil ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re til st\u00f8rre gavn for menneskeheden.<br \/>\nDenne artikel tager hampeblade som forskningsobjekt og etablerer en enkel, hurtig og n\u00f8jagtig HPLC-detektionsmetode. Den er velegnet til kvantitativ analyse af cannabidiol og giver en p\u00e5lidelig garanti for evaluering af hampens kvalitet.<br \/>\nP\u00e5 grundlag af enkeltfaktoranalyse blev de optimale procesbetingelser for ultralydassisteret ekstraktion af cannabidiol fra hampeblade opn\u00e5et ved hj\u00e6lp af Box Behnken Design responsoverflademetodik: methanol blev anvendt som ekstraktionsopl\u00f8sningsmiddel, forholdet mellem faststof og v\u00e6ske var 1:22 (g\/mL), ekstraktionseffekten var 320W, ekstraktionstemperaturen var 81 \u2103, og ekstraktionstiden var 26min. Under disse betingelser var indholdet af cannabidiol 79,53 \u00b1 0,26 mg\/g. Sammenlignet med Yan et al.s forskning blev der gennemf\u00f8rt yderligere specifikke unders\u00f8gelser af betingelserne for ultralydsekstraktion, herunder ekstraktionskraft, ekstraktionsmateriale til v\u00e6skeforhold og ekstraktionstemperatur, for at afklare og supplere betingelserne for ultralydsassisteret ekstraktion af cannabidiol fra hamp. Sammenlignet med Hao et al.s unders\u00f8gelse af udvinding af cannabidiol ved hj\u00e6lp af hot reflux-teknologi i 3 gange hver 2. time kr\u00e6ver den metode, der anvendes i denne unders\u00f8gelse, mindre tid og forbruger mindre opl\u00f8sningsmiddel for at opn\u00e5 den samme m\u00e6ngde cannabidiol; Sammenlignet med Gao et al.s forskning er ekstraktionstiden kortere, og under de optimale procesbetingelser er m\u00e6ngden af cannabidiol udvundet ogs\u00e5 h\u00f8jere. De optimale ekstraktionsprocesbetingelser, der blev opn\u00e5et i dette eksperiment, har til en vis grad forkortet ekstraktionstiden, undg\u00e5et virkningen af langtidsekstraktion p\u00e5 de aktive ingredienser og forbedret ekstraktionsm\u00e6ngden og effektiviteten af cannabidiol.<br \/>\nDen h\u00f8jtydende v\u00e6skekromatografimetode, som vores forskningsinstitut har etableret, blev brugt til at bestemme indholdet af cannabidiol i forskellige dele af dyrkede hampesorter i Daqing, Heilongjiang.
