Det er et fler\u00e5rigt lille tr\u00e6 eller busk, og dets blomster og frugter kan bruges til medicinske form\u00e5l. Blommeblomst er en af de traditionelle blomstermedicinske urter i Kina. If\u00f8lge Compendium of Materia Medica har blommeblomsten en flad natur, en let syrlig smag og h\u00f8rer til lever-, mave- og lungemeridianerne. Den indg\u00e5r i Folkerepublikken Kinas farmakop\u00e9 (i det f\u00f8lgende ben\u00e6vnt \"den kinesiske farmakop\u00e9\") og stammer fra rosenplanten Prunus mume (Sieb.) Sieb T\u00f8rrede blomsterknopper af et Zucc. Det virker beroligende p\u00e5 leveren, opl\u00f8ser slim og spreder knuder. Den bruges ofte til at behandle blomme-qi, lever- og mave-qi-smerter, depression og irritabilitet, d\u00e5rlig appetit og scrofula. Blomme dyrkes i forskellige regioner i Kina, og de vigtigste medicinske omr\u00e5der for blommeblomster er Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui og andre regioner.<br \/>\nI \u00f8jeblikket er der over hundrede kemiske komponenter, der kan isoleres fra blommeblomster, hovedsageligt inklusive flygtige komponenter, flavonoider, fenoliske syrer, acyleringsprodukter, fenoliske glykosider og alkoholglykosider; Blandt dem har fenoliske syrer og flavonoider forskellige farmakologiske aktiviteter, s\u00e5som antibakterielle, antiinflammatoriske, antioxidanter og h\u00e6mning af melaninproduktion, som er det vigtigste materielle grundlag for den farmakologiske aktivitet af blommeblomster. Den nuv\u00e6rende version af den kinesiske farmakop\u00e9 specificerer tre indikatorer for indholdsbestemmelse: klorogensyre, hyperosid og isoquercitrin. Zheng et al. udf\u00f8rte kvalitetskontrol baseret p\u00e5 indholdet af seks komponenter i blommeblomster, herunder rutin, hyperosid, isoquercitrin, quercetin, kaempferol og isorhamnetin. Der har dog ikke v\u00e6ret nogen rapporter om indholdet af andre flavonoider, og forskning i kvalitetskontrol af blommeblomster er stadig relativt sparsom.<br \/>\nI betragtning af at fenoliske syrer og flavonoider er de grundl\u00e6ggende stoffer for de farmakologiske virkninger af blommeblomster, er denne unders\u00f8gelse baseret p\u00e5 en litteraturunders\u00f8gelse. Tre repr\u00e6sentative phenolsyrer, nemlig neochlorogensyre, chlorogensyre og cryptochlorogensyre, samt seks repr\u00e6sentative flavonoidkomponenter, nemlig hyperosid, isoquercitrin, rutin, quercetin-3-O-glucosid, naringenin og kaempferol-3-O-rutinosid, blev udvalgt som indikatorer for kvalitetskontrol. Der blev etableret en UPLC-metode til samtidig bestemmelse af indholdet af ni indikatorkomponenter i medicinske materialer fra blommeblomster. Der blev indsamlet 45 partier af medicinske materialer fra blommeblomster, som blev inddelt i tre kategorier: knopstadiet, det h\u00f8jeste blomstringsstadium og det sene blomstringsstadium. Forskellene i deres kemiske sammens\u00e6tning blev sammenlignet og analyseret.<br \/>\nP\u00e5 grund af den komplekse kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af blommeblomster er det vanskeligt at evaluere kvaliteten af medicinske materialer gennem \u00e6ndringer i en enkelt komponent. Men i denne unders\u00f8gelse kan tendensen til kvalitets\u00e6ndringer udledes ved samtidig at m\u00e5le flere typer aktive ingredienser for at afspejle \u00e6ndringer i indholdet p\u00e5 forskellige tidspunkter. If\u00f8lge historiske optegnelser inden for traditionel kinesisk medicin er der forskelle i kvaliteten af blommeblomster mellem dem, der endnu ikke har blomstret, og dem, der har blomstret. Men der findes i \u00f8jeblikket ingen dybdeg\u00e5ende rapporter om kvalitetsunders\u00f8gelser af forskellige v\u00e6kststadier. Derfor er hoved\u00e5rsagen til forskellene i blomstringsperioder for blommeblomster variationen i fenolsyresammens\u00e6tningen.<br \/>\nI de senere \u00e5r er brugen af multikomponentanalyse kombineret med kemisk m\u00f8nstergenkendelse til at analysere forskellene i pr\u00f8ver af traditionel kinesisk medicin blevet anvendt i vid udstr\u00e6kning i forskningen i kvalitetsevaluering af traditionel kinesisk medicin. Denne unders\u00f8gelse udforskede metoden til at identificere forskellige blomstringsperioder for medicinske materialer af blommeblomster ved samtidig at m\u00e5le indholdet af 9 komponenter i 45 partier af medicinske materialer af blommeblomster og analysere dem ved hj\u00e6lp af kemiske modeller. I HCA-analyseresultaterne blev blommeblomsterpr\u00f8verne fra de tre blomstringsperioder grupperet i tre kategorier, hvor alle blommeblomsterpr\u00f8ver fra knopstadiet blev grupperet i \u00e9n kategori, de fleste blommeblomsterpr\u00f8ver fra den sene blomstringsperiode blev grupperet i \u00e9n kategori, og alle pr\u00f8ver fra den h\u00f8jeste blomstringsperiode blev grupperet i \u00e9n kategori. Resultaterne viste, at der var betydelige forskelle i sammens\u00e6tningen af blommeblomsternes medicinske materialer i de forskellige blomstringsperioder. Ved at kombinere PCA og PLS-DA blev der foretaget en yderligere analyse af mark\u00f8rerne for kvalitetsforskelle i blommeblomster i forskellige blomstringsperioder. Resultaterne viste, at blommeblomstpr\u00f8verne i de tre blomstringsperioder var placeret i forskellige rumlige positioner, hvilket afspejlede forskellene i blommeblomstpr\u00f8verne i de forskellige blomstringsperioder. Samtidig viste det sig, at tre fenoliske syrekomponenter, nemlig neochlorogen syre, chlorogen syre og cryptochlorogen syre, bidrager v\u00e6sentligt til differentieringen af pr\u00f8ver fra forskellige blomstringsperioder. Dette stemmer overens med konklusionen om, at indholdet af de vigtigste fenoliske syrekomponenter i forskellige blomstringsperioder af blommeblomster varierer.<br \/>\nSammenfattende etablerede denne unders\u00f8gelse en metode til bestemmelse af indholdet af flere komponenter i medicinske materialer af blommeblomster, hvilket giver en vigtig reference til forbedring af kvalitetsstandarderne for medicinske materialer af blommeblomster.
