Studiet af aktive ingredienser er grundlaget for l\u00e6gemiddelforskning, og deres aktive ingredienser og virkem\u00e5der er kendetegnet ved kompleksitet. I 2002 foreslog Li Rong teorien om spektrale effektforhold, som pegede p\u00e5 en ny forskningsretning for studiet af effekten af traditionel kinesisk medicin. Dette kan i h\u00f8j grad afspejle komponenternes bidrag til den farmakologiske virkning.<br \/>\nDenne unders\u00f8gelse fokuserer p\u00e5 alkoholekstrakt, petroleumsether, ethylacetat, n-butanol og vanddele af fennikelrodbark. H\u00f8jtydende v\u00e6skekromatografi-massespektrometri-analyse blev udf\u00f8rt for at konstruere et v\u00e6skekromatografi-massespektrometri-spektrum (LC-MS) af fennikelrodbark. I alt 58 f\u00e6lles toppe blev kalibreret i positive og negative iontilstande, og spektrene blev analyseret. Blandt dem er forbindelser, der er rapporteret at have virkninger mod leverfibrose i litteraturen, gallussyre, apigenin, kaempferol, quercetin, scopoletin og rhein, hvilket afspejler egenskaberne ved fennikelrodbarkens multikomponent- og multim\u00e5l-virkninger mod leverfibrose. Dihydrocamptothecin, dihydrocapsaicin og scopolamin er forbindelser med relativt h\u00f8jt indhold og god aktivitet mod leverfibrose, der blev fundet for f\u00f8rste gang i fennikelrodbark, og som kan v\u00e6re potentielle kvalitetsmark\u00f8rer. Blandt dem kan dehydrocamelbin forbedre lungev\u00e6vsfibrose hos mus for\u00e5rsaget af sekund\u00e6r infektion med Echinococcus granulosus ved at reducere udtrykket af TGF - \u03b2 1, Smad3 og NF kB p65 i lungev\u00e6v. Der er ingen rapporter om dihydrocapsaicins og scopolamins virkning mod leverfibrose.<br \/>\nBcl-2 tilh\u00f8rer det anti-apoptotiske gen og er en n\u00f8glefaktor i koordineringen af cellers liv og d\u00f8d, mens Bax tilh\u00f8rer det pro-apoptotiske gen og er et pro-apoptotisk protein i Bcl-2-familien. Som en vigtig effektorfaktor for celleapoptose er caspase3 en n\u00f8dvendig vej for kaskadereaktionen af apoptotiske proteaser. Dens aktivering indikerer, at apoptose er g\u00e5et ind i et irreversibelt stadie. Ved apoptose er forholdet mellem Bax\/Bcl-2 en vigtig indikator for m\u00e5ling af celleapoptose gennem den mitokondrielle vej. N\u00e5r forholdet mellem Bax\/Bcl-2 stiger, \u00f8ges apoptosen; tv\u00e6rtimod falder apoptosen. N\u00e5r celler fornemmer apoptotiske signaler, kan de aktivere caspase-9 (Caspase9) ved at regulere udtrykket af apoptotiske faktorer som Bcl-2 og Bax og derved aktivere Caspase3 og udl\u00f8se en kaskadereaktion af Caspase-familien og derved fremkalde celleapoptose. Denne unders\u00f8gelse bekr\u00e6ftede gennem eksperimenter, at dehydrocamptothecin og dihydrocapsaicin kan reducere mitokondriefunktionen og forstyrre mitokondriemembranpotentialebalancen i aktiverede hepatiske stellatceller, hvilket f\u00f8rer til en stor frigivelse af pro apoptotisk faktor (Bax) og i sidste ende for\u00e5rsager celleapoptose, reducerer spredningen af hepatiske stellatceller, h\u00e6mmer udtrykket af ekstracellul\u00e6r matrix og \u03b1 - glat muskelaktivatorprotein og derved lindrer leverfibrose.
