I henhold til de vejledende principper i \"Tekniske krav til kvalitetskontrol og standardudvikling af formelgranulat til traditionel kinesisk medicin\" og med henvisning til \"Management Specification for Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Room in Medical Institutions\" unders\u00f8ges forbehandlingsmetoderne for standardafkog (afkogstider, vandtils\u00e6tning, afkogstid og andre indikatorer og parametre) for at bestemme den optimale tilberedningsproces; Ved hj\u00e6lp af lavtemperaturkoncentration og fryset\u00f8rring fremstilles et fryset\u00f8rret standardrosenafkogspulver.<br \/>\nI processen med at etablere fingeraftryksmetoden blev virkningerne af ekstraktionsopl\u00f8sningsmidler (methanol, 70% methanol, 50% methanol, ethanol, 70% ethanol, fortyndet ethanol), ekstraktionsmetoder (ultralyd, tilbagesvaling) og ekstraktionstider (10, 30, 45, 60 minutter) p\u00e5 fingeraftrykket unders\u00f8gt. I betragtning af den tilstr\u00e6kkelige ekstraktion, stabilitet og brugervenlighed blev 50% methanol ultralydsbehandling i sidste ende valgt i 30 minutter. En diodearray-detektor blev brugt til at udf\u00f8re fuld b\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngdescanning (200-400 nm) p\u00e5 standard rosensuppepr\u00f8ver, og antallet af toppe, responsv\u00e6rdier og opl\u00f8sninger af kromatogrammer ved forskellige b\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngder blev sammenlignet. Resultaterne viste, at brug af 254 nm som detektionsb\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngde resulterede i et h\u00f8jere antal kromatografiske toppe og st\u00f8rre responsv\u00e6rdier, en stabil basislinje og mindre interferens. Samtidig blev de kromatografiske betingelser for mobilfasens vandfase, s\u00f8jletemperatur og str\u00f8mningshastighed unders\u00f8gt, og det blev endelig bestemt at bruge en 0,2% fosforsyreopl\u00f8sning som mobilfasens vandfase med en str\u00f8mningshastighed p\u00e5 0,4 mL\/min og en s\u00f8jletemperatur p\u00e5 35 \u2103.<br \/>\nFingeraftryksspektret kombineret med kemisk m\u00f8nstergenkendelsesteknologi blev brugt til at analysere og sammenligne standardafkog af rosenblomster fra forskellige oprindelser. Resultaterne viste, at uoverv\u00e5get HCA- og PCA-analyse afsl\u00f8rede, at pr\u00f8ver fra forskellige oprindelser kunne grupperes i fire kategorier. OPLS-DA-analysen identificerede i alt 11 differentierede biomark\u00f8rer, prim\u00e6rt flavonoider og fenoliske syrekomponenter, som spillede en vigtig rolle i at skelne mellem standardafkog af roser fra forskellige oprindelser. De kan tjene som kvalitetskontrolindikatorer for standardafkog af roser og give en mere omfattende reference for r\u00e5varekilderne til rosenformelgranulat.<br \/>\nDenne unders\u00f8gelse brugte fingeraftryksspektre kombineret med klyngedannelse, hovedkomponentanalyse, ortogonal partiel mindste kvadraters diskriminantanalyse og bestemmelse af multiindeks-komponentindhold til at gennemf\u00f8re en forel\u00f8big unders\u00f8gelse af kvaliteten af 20 partier standardafkog af roser. Denne metode kan hurtigt screene vigtige kromatografiske toppe, der p\u00e5virker kvaliteten af forskellige partier af medicinske materialer. Blandt dem blev gallussyre, garvesyre, hyperosid, isoquercitrin, astragalosid, quercitrin og quercetin identificeret gennem spektral sammenligning med h\u00f8j opl\u00f8sning og referencestoffer. Resultaterne viste, at pr\u00f8verne med h\u00f8jt indhold af fenoliske syrer og flavonoider blev indsamlet fra Henan-provinsen og tilh\u00f8rte kategorierne S11-S13 i HCA- og PCA-analysen. Pr\u00f8verne med det laveste indhold blev indsamlet i Yunnan-provinsen og tilh\u00f8rte den f\u00f8rste kategori S1-S6. Dette kan danne grundlag for udv\u00e6lgelsen af oprindelsen af det indsamlede r\u00e5materiale til det efterf\u00f8lgende standardafkog af roser. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt viser forskning, at rosenblomster hovedsageligt indeholder flavonoider, flavonoide glykosider og fenoliske syreforbindelser, som har biologiske aktiviteter som antioxidant, antiviral, antifungal, anticancer, antitumor og anti-aging.
