I den kemiske m\u00f8nsteranalyse blev de 16 partier pr\u00f8ver inddelt i tre kategorier. Baseret p\u00e5 referencelitteraturrapporter kan de inddeles i tre kategorier: autentiske produktionsomr\u00e5der som Ningguo og Bozhou i Anhui, Qianhu hovedsageligt i Hunan, Guizhou, Chongqing og h\u00f8jtliggende produktionsomr\u00e5der i Yunnan. Gennem hovedkomponent- og PLS-DA-analyse var den kumulative variansbidragssats for de seks hovedkomponenter 86,213%. Yderligere analyse identificerede otte f\u00e6lles toppe, der adskiller oprindelsen, og som kan bruges som de vigtigste karakteristiske komponenter for oprindelsen. Indholdet af berberin og bergamot i pr\u00f8ver af Houttuynia cordata fra h\u00f8jtliggende produktionsomr\u00e5der i Yunnan er betydeligt h\u00f8jere end i andre produktionsomr\u00e5der, mens berberin er lidt h\u00f8jere end i andre produktionsomr\u00e5der. Vi spekulerer i, at stor h\u00f8jde er befordrende for ophobningen af bergamotlakton, berberin og berberin i Houttuynia cordata-medicinske materialer. Yang et al. mener, at stor h\u00f8jde fremmer dannelsen og ophobningen af Peucedanum praeruptorum og Peucedanum praeruptorum, mens Luo et al. mener, at h\u00f8jden har st\u00f8rre indflydelse p\u00e5 indholdet af Peucedanum praeruptorum end Peucedanum praeruptorum. Storstilet plantning har f\u00f8rt til en \u00e6ndring til en et\u00e5rig sort, og utilstr\u00e6kkelig alder er en vigtig \u00e5rsag til faldet i kvaliteten af de medicinske materialer fra Houttuynia cordata. Desuden er hvidblomstret Houttuynia cordata tilb\u00f8jelig til at spire tidligt, og \"krudtfr\u00f8\" (et\u00e5rige fr\u00f8) oversv\u00f8mmer markedet. I de nuv\u00e6rende standarder er kvalifikationsgraden for pr\u00e6-salg af Hu-l\u00e6gemidler p\u00e5 markedet ekstremt lav, is\u00e6r overholdelsesgraden for indholdet af Baihua Qianhu Yi, som ikke l\u00e6ngere er i overensstemmelse med den kliniske brug og industrielle udvikling af Qianhu-l\u00e6gemidler. I denne sammenh\u00e6ng unders\u00f8gte Qiu et al. brugen af forholdet eller summen af Peucedanum praeruptorum A og Peucedanum praeruptorum B til omfattende evaluering af kvaliteten af Peucedanum praeruptorum medicinske materialer.
