Det plantes i vid udstr\u00e6kning i Kina og Middelhavslandene og er en af de vigtigste landbrugsafgr\u00f8der i disse lande og regioner. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt fokuserer udviklingen og udnyttelsen af olivenressourcer hovedsageligt p\u00e5 udnyttelsen af frugter, mens olivenblade efterlades som affald i plantager, hvilket medf\u00f8rer et stort ressourcespild. Moderne forskning har vist, at olivenblade indeholder masser af iridoidglykosider, fenoler, pentacykliske triterpenoider og flavonoider. Blandt dem er oleuropein (OL) det mest aktive stof, som har antioxidante, antivirale, bakteriedr\u00e6bende og antiinflammatoriske, hypoglyk\u00e6miske, antihypertensive, kr\u00e6fth\u00e6mmende og andre virkninger og bruges i vid udstr\u00e6kning inden for f\u00f8devarer, medicin, kosmetik og andre omr\u00e5der. OL tilh\u00f8rer klassen af iridoidglykosider, som er letopl\u00f8selige i opl\u00f8sningsmidler som vand, ethanol og methanol. De kan let nedbrydes til hydroxytyrosol under forhold som syre, alkali, h\u00f8j temperatur og lys.<br \/>\nP\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt omfatter de vigtigste metoder til adskillelse af OL makropor\u00f8s harpiksadsorption, h\u00f8jhastigheds modstr\u00f8msekstraktion og superkritisk ekstraktion. Blandt dem har h\u00f8jhastigheds modstr\u00f8msekstraktion og superkritisk ekstraktion bedre separationseffekter og kan opn\u00e5 OL med h\u00f8j renhed. Disse to metoder kr\u00e6ver dog meget udstyr og personale og er ikke egnede til industriel produktion i stor skala. Makropor\u00f8s harpiks har en por\u00f8s struktur og fremragende adsorptionsydelse og bruges i vid udstr\u00e6kning til berigelse, adskillelse og rensning af planteaktive ingredienser. Den vigtigste mekanisme for berigelse og adskillelse af OL med makropor\u00f8s harpiks er, at de to kan gennemg\u00e5 reversible interaktioner gennem hydrogenbinding og van der Waals-kr\u00e6fter under visse betingelser og derved selektivt berige og adskille dem fra ekstraktionsopl\u00f8sningen. I de senere \u00e5r har mange forskere fokuseret p\u00e5 berigelse og adskillelse af OL i olivenbladekstrakter ved hj\u00e6lp af upol\u00e6re og svagt pol\u00e6re harpikser. Tian et al. brugte makropor\u00f8s harpiks D101 til at berige og adskille OL og opn\u00e5ede OL-produkt med en renhed p\u00e5 63,43% gennem ethylacetatekstraktion. Wang et al. brugte AB-8-harpiks til at berige og adskille OL, og renheden steg fra 9,16% til 20,38%. Sahin et al. fandt ud af, at mekanismen for XAD 7HP-harpiks, der adsorberer OL, er i overensstemmelse med kvasi andenordens kinetik. Liu et al. fandt, at mekanismen for berigelse af OL med makropor\u00f8s adsorptionsharpiks BMKX-4 er i overensstemmelse med kvasi andenordens kinetik og Freundlich-modellen og \u00f8ger renheden af OL til 47,59%. I teorien h\u00f8rer OL til polyfenoliske forbindelser, og adsorptionsmekanismen for anionisk harpiks kan opn\u00e5 dens berigelse og adskillelse. Der har dog ikke v\u00e6ret nogen rapporter om forskning i anionharpiksadskillelse af OL. Derfor brugte vi anionharpiks (LX-68M) til at unders\u00f8ge dens statiske og dynamiske adsorptions- og desorptionsegenskaber for OL og unders\u00f8gte yderligere l\u00e6kagekurven, elueringskurven og stabiliteten af anionharpiksregenerering af OL for at give teoretisk reference til berigelse, adskillelse, oprensning af OL og lignende naturlige produkter med anionharpiks.<\/p>\n<p><img alt=\"\" width=\"757\" height=\"312\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Resultaterne af det isotermiske adsorptionseksperiment viser, at Freundlichs isotermiske adsorptionsmodel godt kan beskrive processen med LX-68M-harpiks, der adsorberer OL ved den eksperimentelle temperatur, med en korrelationskoefficient R2 = 0,9642, hvilket indikerer, at adsorptionen er gunstig. Adsorptionen af OL med LX-68M-harpiks er mere i overensstemmelse med pseudo andenordens kinetik med R2 = 0,9934, hvilket indikerer, at adsorptionen af OL med LX-68M-harpiks sker samtidig gennem fysisk adsorption og kemisk adsorption, hvor kemisk adsorption er den vigtigste mekanisme. Mekanismen kan v\u00e6re dannelsen af kemiske bindinger mellem de funktionelle grupper i harpiksen og OL. De optimale separationsbetingelser opn\u00e5et gennem statiske og dynamiske adsorptions- og desorptionseksperimenter er: ekstraktionskoncentration p\u00e5 0,25 g\/ml, elueringsmiddel af 45% ethanol, p\u00e5fyldningshastighed p\u00e5 2,0 BV\/t, p\u00e5fyldningsvolumen p\u00e5 6.0BV, desorptionshastighed p\u00e5 2,0BV\/t og desorptionsvolumen p\u00e5 10,0BV; P\u00e5 dette tidspunkt var adsorptionshastigheden og desorptionshastigheden henholdsvis 86,86% og 87,08%, og renheden af den opn\u00e5ede OL var 52,33%. Efter 4 cyklusser med harpiksadsorption og desorption var adsorptionseffektiviteten 54,9%. Efter regenerering n\u00e5ede adsorptionshastigheden op p\u00e5 93,1% af den oprindelige adsorptionshastighed, hvilket indikerer, at harpiksen stadig har en god adsorptionsydelse efter regenerering. Ovenst\u00e5ende resultater indikerer, at LX-68M-harpiks har god berigelses-, separations- og oprensningseffektivitet for OL, og sammenlignet med eksisterende processer fungerer denne proces ved stuetemperatur og tryk, er sikker og enkel og bruger gr\u00f8nne og ikke-giftige opl\u00f8sningsmidler. Det kan give teoretisk forskningsgrundlag og teknisk st\u00f8tte til anvendelse af anionisk harpiks i den industrielle adskillelse og rensning af OL og lignende naturlige produkter. Selvom dette studie unders\u00f8gte adsorptionsprocessen af LX-68M-harpiks p\u00e5 OL, kan den konkurrencedygtige adsorptionsadf\u00e6rd mellem urenheder og OL ogs\u00e5 have en vis indvirkning p\u00e5 separationseffektiviteten.
