UEASD-metoden med det h\u00f8jeste udbytte af \u00e6terisk olie blev optimeret, og under den optimale proces steg udbyttet af \u00e6terisk olie med henholdsvis 50,46%, 29,13% og 32,79% sammenlignet med de tre andre metoder. HS-SPME- og UEASD-ekstraktionsmetoderne blev brugt til GC-MS-analyse af ingef\u00e6r. Resultaterne viste, at UEASD-ekstraktionsmetoden gav flere flygtige komponenter end HS-SPME-ekstraktionsmetoden, og der var ogs\u00e5 forskelle i indholdet af den samme komponent.
