Det er et af de vigtige medicinske og spiselige kinesiske medicinske materialer med en lang historie af forbrug i Kina. Dens medicinske anvendelse blev f\u00f8rste gang registreret i \"Shennong Bencao Jing\" og har virkningerne \"lindring af overfladekulde, opvarmning af midten og standsning af opkast, l\u00f8sning af slim og hoste og lindring af fiske- og krabbetoksiner\". Moderne farmakologisk forskning har vist, at ingef\u00e6r har forskellige virkninger som antiinflammatorisk, antioxidant, antibakteriel, antitumor, neurobeskyttende osv.<br \/>\nIngef\u00e6r indeholder forskellige komponenter som gingerol, flygtig olie osv. Blandt dem er gingerol en vigtig funktionel komponent og smagsstof i ingef\u00e6r, herunder 6-gingerol, 8-gingerol, 10-gingerol, 6-gingerol og andre komponenter. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er kvantitativ forskning i ingef\u00e6rkomponenter ogs\u00e5 fokuseret p\u00e5 gingerol og flygtig olie, blandt hvilke 6-gingerol, 8-gingerol og 10 gingerol er indikatorkomponenterne i ingef\u00e6r i den kinesiske farmakop\u00e9 (2020-udgave); Samtidig har nogle forskere brugt HPLC- og UPLC-fingeraftryksspektre til at unders\u00f8ge kvaliteten af ingef\u00e6r, men der er behov for yderligere forskning for samtidig at analysere fingeraftryksspektrene af ingef\u00e6r og bestemme indholdet af gingerolkomponenter baseret p\u00e5 UHPLC-metoden.<br \/>\nKina har en lang historie med dyrkning af ingef\u00e6r og rigelige kimplasmeressourcer. Der er visse regionale fordelagtige sorter i forskellige regioner. P\u00e5 grund af forskelle i plantesorter og plantemilj\u00f8er er der ogs\u00e5 betydelige forskelle i ingef\u00e6rens sammens\u00e6tning. Lille gul ingef\u00e6r fra Yunnan og andre steder er en kilde og sort til medicinsk udv\u00e6lgelse. Denne unders\u00f8gelse fokuserer p\u00e5 20 partier ingef\u00e6r fra Honghe, Wenshan og Qujing i Yunnan-provinsen. UHPLC-fingeraftryksspektre blev etableret, og kemometrisk analyse blev udf\u00f8rt for at sammenligne forskellene i sammens\u00e6tning mellem forskellige oprindelser og partier. 805px) 100vw, 805px\" \/><br \/>\nDenne unders\u00f8gelse etablerede et ingef\u00e6r UHPLC-fingeraftryk ved at optimere de kromatografiske forhold og unders\u00f8ge forberedelsesmetoden for testpr\u00f8ver og bestemte en kvantitativ analysemetode for komponenter under de samme kromatografiske forhold som fingeraftrykket. For bedre at kunne analysere fordelingsm\u00f8nstre og interaktionsforhold for komplekse komponenter i fingeraftryksspektre blev der samtidig anvendt kemometriske metoder til at studere fingeraftryksspektrene. Ved at bruge det f\u00e6lles topomr\u00e5de for 18 fingeraftryksspektre som en variabel blev Origin Pro 2023-softwaren brugt til klyngeanalyse og hovedkomponentanalyse. Resultaterne viste, at selv om der var nogle forskelle mellem pr\u00f8verne i hver batch, kunne b\u00e5de klyngeanalyse og hovedkomponentanalyse opdele pr\u00f8verne i to hovedkategorier (syd\u00f8stlige Yunnan og \u00f8stlige Yunnan). Honghe og Wenshan st\u00f8der geografisk op til hinanden i \u00f8st og vest, og forskellene mellem de to pr\u00f8ver er relativt sm\u00e5; Qujing-pr\u00f8ven, som st\u00f8der op til nord og syd, har relativt store forskelle fra de to steder (og indsamlingsstedet ligger relativt langt v\u00e6k). Baseret p\u00e5 fordelingen af tre produktionsomr\u00e5der og regioner blev der derfor udf\u00f8rt OPLS-DA-analyse ved hj\u00e6lp af SIMCA14.1-software, som effektivt kan skelne mellem ingef\u00e6r fra det syd\u00f8stlige og \u00f8stlige Yunnan. De udvalgte differentielle kromatografiske toppe med h\u00f8je bidragsv\u00e6rdier svarer til klassificeringsgrupperne i klyngeanalyse og hovedkomponentanalyse (4-gingerol, top 1, 6-gingerol, top 6, top 5, top 13, top 15 og top 11). Der er en vis sammenh\u00e6ng mellem resultaterne af de tre kemometriske analyser; forskellene i sammens\u00e6tning kan v\u00e6re relateret til de forskellige plantemilj\u00f8er og lokale klimaer i den nordlige og sydlige del af de to regioner.<br \/>\nValget af sort og oprindelsessted er vigtigt for udv\u00e6lgelsen af medicinske ingredienser til ingef\u00e6r. Ingef\u00e6r dyrkes i mange dele af Kina, men der er betydelige forskelle i indholdet af 8-gingerol og 10-gingerol i ingef\u00e6r fra forskellige regioner. Yunnan Xiaohuang-ingef\u00e6r har en h\u00f8jere kvalifikationsgrad. De kvantitative analyseresultater af 20 partier ingef\u00e6rpr\u00f8ver fra Yunnan viser, at selv om indholdsbestemmelsesmetoderne for 6-gingerol, 8-gingerol og 10-gingerol under ingef\u00e6rposten i den kinesiske farmakop\u00e9 (2020-udgaven) er forskellige, er indholdsbestemmelsesv\u00e6rdierne for ingef\u00e6rpr\u00f8ver fra de tre oprindelsessteder i Yunnan relativt h\u00f8je, hvilket g\u00f8r dem egnede som medicinske r\u00e5materialer; Samtidig viste fire indholdsbestemmelsesresultater, at indholdet af Honghe- og Wenshan-ingef\u00e6rpr\u00f8ver var relativt ens, men der var nogle forskelle i forhold til Qujing-ingef\u00e6rpr\u00f8ver, hovedsageligt i indholdet af 6-gingerol, 8-gingerol og 6-gingerol.<br \/>\nDenne unders\u00f8gelse etablerede en ingef\u00e6r UHPLC-fingeraftryksmetode og var i stand til samtidig at bestemme indholdet af fire gingerolkomponenter, som kan give reference til udv\u00e6lgelse af produktionsomr\u00e5der for medicinsk ingef\u00e6r, kvalitetsforskning og industriel anvendelse i den senere fase.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Research on UHPLC fingerprint and quantitative analysis of four components of ginger produced in Yunnan Ginger is the fresh root and rhizome of Zingiber officinale Rosc., a plant in the ginger family.
