Den er fordelt over hele landet, is\u00e6r i den sydvestlige region. Der produceres mere end 120 arter p\u00e5 det tibetanske plateau, hvoraf der er mere end 90 arter i Xizang alene. I processen med at opsummere denne plantesl\u00e6gt blev det imidlertid konstateret, at senere forskning kan fokusere p\u00e5 f\u00f8lgende aspekter: Fra perspektivet af farmakologiske virkninger, selvom der er fundet flere farmakologiske virkninger, er mange af dem baseret p\u00e5 r\u00e5 planteekstrakter, og unders\u00f8gelsen af monomere forbindelser er relativt lavvandet uden dybdeg\u00e5ende forskning p\u00e5 molekyl\u00e6rt niveau, og forholdet mellem struktur og aktivitet kan ikke opsummeres effektivt. Derfor b\u00f8r der i den senere fase af den farmakologiske virkning fokuseres p\u00e5 den medicinske mekanisme og biotilg\u00e6ngelighed. Med hensyn til ekstraktionsmetoder er en blanding af vand og ethanol som ekstraktionsreagens den mest almindelige ekstraktionsmetode. Men med hensyn til ekstraktionsudbytte er andelen af alkaloidkomponenter i det samlede ekstrakt relativt lille. Derfor er det v\u00e6rd at unders\u00f8ge, om andre store m\u00e6ngder ikke-alkaloide komponenter har farmakologiske virkninger, eller hvilken rolle de spiller i den samlede virkning af medicinske materialer. Desuden har man gennem litteraturforskning fundet ud af, at unders\u00f8gelsen af ikke-alkaloide komponenter i denne plantesl\u00e6gt er ret svag. Derfor mener forfatteren, at fokus for senere forskning i kemisk sammens\u00e6tning ogs\u00e5 b\u00f8r v\u00e6re p\u00e5 ikke-alkaloide komponenter. Med hensyn til plantearterne i sl\u00e6gten Corydalis er der mange typer og en bred fordeling af ressourcer. Denne artikel opsummerer 37 rapporterede arter af Corydalis-planter. Men i \u00f8jeblikket er den mest unders\u00f8gte Yanhusuo C yanhusuo\u3001 Summer without C Decombens og Kudi Ding C Bungeana og mere end ti andre l\u00e6geplanter. For at udnytte den medicinske v\u00e6rdi af denne plantesl\u00e6gt fuldt ud er der derfor behov for yderligere forskning i den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning og farmakologiske aktivitet af andre planter i den lilla viol-sl\u00e6gt. Med hensyn til kemiske adskillelsesmetoder er der forskellige typer af adskillelse, og der er behov for moderne adskillelsesteknikker til adskillelse af alkaloider. Brug af massespektrometrianalyseteknologi til at identificere de strukturelle fragmenter af alkaloider til forudsigelse af forbindelser og derefter bruge aktivitetsvejledning til mere pr\u00e6cist at opn\u00e5 m\u00e5lproduktet, hvilket sparer separationstid. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der udf\u00f8rt en stor m\u00e6ngde arbejde med den biosyntetiske vej, som er en af de vigtigste unders\u00f8gelser af plantemetabolitter.
