Biejia og Curcuma zedoaria er almindeligt anvendte l\u00e6gemidler i den kliniske behandling af leverfibrose i traditionel kinesisk medicin. I klinisk praksis bruges de to ofte i fl\u00e6ng, idet de fremmer blodcirkulationen, fjerner blodstasis, bl\u00f8dg\u00f8r og spreder knuder og har en klar effekt mod leverfibrose. Men den specifikke mekanisme bag disse to l\u00e6gemidlers synergistiske virkning mod leverfibrose har ikke v\u00e6ret klar i lang tid.<br \/>\nDenne artikel bruger moderne netv\u00e6rksfarmakologi til f\u00f8rst at screene krydsningsm\u00e5lene for CRTC og leverfibrose og derefter oprette et PPI-netv\u00e6rk til at screene kernem\u00e5l som IL-6, AKT1, STAT3, PPARG osv. Analysen viser, at IL-6 og STAT3 har stor betydning for CRTC i bek\u00e6mpelsen af leverfibrose. \u200d<br \/>\nYderligere analyse af netv\u00e6rksmodellen ved hj\u00e6lp af topologisk analyse afsl\u00f8rede, at de farmakologiske virkninger af CRTC's multikomponent-multi-target danner et komplekst netv\u00e6rk.
