Dens smag er salt, bitter og mild; der er et lille giftstof, som h\u00f8rer til levermeridianen. Den har den funktion at bryde blod og fremme cirkulation, fjerne blodstasis og eliminere stagnation. Det bruges ofte til blodstasis og meridianobstruktion, behandling af masser, slagtilf\u00e6lde hemiplegi og fald og skader. De nuv\u00e6rende identifikationsmetoder er dog hovedsageligt baseret p\u00e5 traditionelle identifikationsmetoder, som er meget subjektive og kr\u00e6ver stor faglig viden og erfaring af den, der skal identificere materialet. Der mangler videnskabelige, effektive og n\u00f8jagtige identifikationsmetoder baseret p\u00e5 moderne detektionsmetoder. Igler er en v\u00e6rdifuld traditionel kinesisk medicin med stor medicinsk og forskningsm\u00e6ssig v\u00e6rdi. Den medicinske v\u00e6rdi af igler er ogs\u00e5 blevet anerkendt over hele verden, og igler er blevet brugt til at behandle sygdomme i Europa, Egypten og Indien. I 2020-udgaven af den kinesiske farmakop\u00e9 st\u00e5r der, at igler indeholder tre grundelementer, men i \u00f8jeblikket kontrollerer den kinesiske farmakop\u00e9 dem kun gennem tests som fugt, samlet askeindhold, surhedsgrad og alkalinitet samt antitrombinaktivitet. Der er i \u00f8jeblikket ingen registrering af differentiel karakterisering mellem forskellige grundstoffer, som mangler videnskabeligt grundlag og ikke kan identificere afkog eller formulering af medicinske materialer efter kogning.<br \/>\nDenne unders\u00f8gelse testede 22 partier af igler med forskellig oprindelse, herunder 15 partier af igler, 2 partier af pileblade og 5 partier af igler. Resultaterne viste, at alle 15 partier af igler kunne registrere iglepeptid I og iglepeptid II kromatografiske toppe, 2 partier af pileblade kunne kun registrere iglepeptid II, og 5 partier af igler kunne kun registrere iglepeptid I. Fra inspektionsresultaterne kan man se, at igler med forskellig oprindelse kan skelnes ved at m\u00e5le iglepeptid I og iglepeptid II. Gennem PLS-DA-analyse kan det ses, at igler med forskellig oprindelse klart kan opdeles i tre kategorier, og analyseresultaterne er i overensstemmelse med identifikationsresultaterne af oprindelsen. If\u00f8lge andre dokumenter er aktiviteten af hirudo-polypeptid hovedsageligt antikoagulerende aktivitet og involverer ogs\u00e5 proteaseh\u00e6mning, antiinflammatorisk, hydrolase, h\u00e6mning af makrofagmigration i aterosklerose og andre farmakologiske aktiviteter. Dette indikerer, at ud over aminosyrer og nukleosider er hirudo-polypeptid ogs\u00e5 en af hovedkomponenterne i dets farmakologiske virkning. Ovenst\u00e5ende dokumenter fokuserer imidlertid p\u00e5 den farmakologiske unders\u00f8gelse af polypeptid, og der er ikke etableret nogen p\u00e5visningsmetode for polypeptid. Dette viser, at igler har betydelige forskelle i antitrombinaktivitet sammenlignet med igler og pileblade, det vil sige, at igler med forskellig oprindelse har betydelige kvalitetsforskelle. Derfor er det af stor betydning at bruge denne metode til hurtigt og pr\u00e6cist at skelne mellem medicinske iglematerialer med forskellig oprindelse og deres vandafkog, formelpr\u00e6parater osv., der har mistet deres grundl\u00e6ggende egenskaber, for at forbedre kvaliteten af igler og relaterede produkter.<br \/>\nDen metode, som dette forskningsinstitut har etableret, er hurtig, effektiv og reproducerbar, hvilket kan forbedre kvalitetskontrollen og give en reference for sikkerheden og effektiviteten ved klinisk brug af iglerelaterede l\u00e6gemidler.
