Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao eller Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao. Grav op om for\u00e5ret og efter\u00e5ret, fjern fibr\u00f8se r\u00f8dder og rodhoveder, og t\u00f8r dem i solen. Den indeholder hovedsageligt polysaccharider, saponiner, flavonoider og andre komponenter, som har farmakologiske aktiviteter som f.eks. forbedring af kroppens immunitet, antiviral, antiinflammatorisk osv. Forskning har vist, at indholdet af flavonoider, polysaccharider og glykosider i Astragalus membranaceus \u00e6ndres efter honningforarbejdning, mens der kun er f\u00e5 rapporter om \u00e6ndringerne i komponentindholdet f\u00f8r og efter stegning af honningklid, saltforarbejdning og alkoholforarbejdning. I denne unders\u00f8gelse blev HPLC derfor brugt til at etablere fingeraftryksspektre af forskellige forarbejdede produkter af Astragalus membranaceus og bestemme indholdet af aktive ingredienser. Kemiske kvantitative m\u00f8nstergenkendelsesmetoder som hierarkisk klyngeanalyse (HCA), hovedkomponentanalyse (PCA) og ortogonal partiel mindste kvadraters diskriminantanalyse (OPLS-DA) blev brugt til at analysere kvaliteten af forskellige forarbejdede produkter af Astragalus membranaceus, honningstegt Astragalus membranaceus, salt Astragalus membranaceus og vin Astragalus membranaceus, hvilket giver effektive referencer til kvaliteten af forskellige forarbejdede produkter af Astragalus membranaceus og ideer til kvalitetsevaluering af forskellige forarbejdede produkter af andre traditionelle kinesiske l\u00e6gemidler.<\/p>\n<p>Et af kendetegnene ved traditionel kinesisk medicin er, at den kun kan bruges til medicinske form\u00e5l efter at have gennemg\u00e5et visse behandlingsmetoder, herunder dyrkning, vandbehandling, ildbehandling og vand-ild-kombination. Forskellige forarbejdningsteknikker kan for\u00e5rsage \u00e6ndringer i materialegrundlaget, hvilket f\u00f8rer til forskelle i l\u00e6gemidlets effekt. Ved at behandle l\u00e6gemidlers oprindelige egenskaber kan der derfor foretages \u00e6ndringer for at tilpasse sig kravene til TCM-syndromdifferentiering og fleksibel medicinering.<\/p>\n<p>De eksperimentelle resultater viste, at klyngeanalysen var i overensstemmelse med hovedkomponentanalysen. De fire forarbejdede Huangqi-produkter blev hovedsageligt opdelt i tre kategorier: honningklidstegt Huangqi og honningstegt Huangqi blev hver is\u00e6r klassificeret som en kategori, mens salt Huangqi og vin Huangqi blev grupperet t\u00e6t sammen som en kategori. Gennem analysen af indholdet af indikatorkomponenter blev det konstateret, at der var forskelle i indholdet af 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, flavonolglucosid, Meidi rosentr\u00e6sglycosid, mangiferin, flavonol og mangiferin i forskellige forarbejdede Huangqi-produkter. Det antages, at \u00e6ndringerne i deres indhold kan v\u00e6re relateret til faktorer som varme, tid og tilsatte hj\u00e6lpestoffer under forarbejdningen. Unders\u00f8gelser har vist, at processerne for forarbejdning, opbevaring og blandingskompatibilitet alle producerer 5-hydroxymethylfurfural eller \u00f8ger indholdet af det. Det stemmer overens med resultaterne af forskerholdets tidligere sammenlignende unders\u00f8gelse af \u00e6ndringerne i indholdet af r\u00e5 Astragalus membranaceus og Astragalus membranaceus med honningklid. 5-hydroxymethylfurfural er en nyligt tilsat komponent efter forarbejdning. Efter forarbejdning og tilberedning af hj\u00e6lpematerialer vil visse kemiske komponenter i traditionel kinesisk medicin underg\u00e5 \u00e6ndringer i m\u00e6ngde og kvalitet. Dette eksperiment udf\u00f8rte kvalitetsanalyse af fire forarbejdede produkter af Astragalus membranaceus og fandt, at 5-hydroxymethylfurfural for nylig blev tilf\u00f8jet til alle fire forarbejdede produkter. Sammenlignet med honningklid Astragalus membranaceus og honningstegt Astragalus membranaceus var indholdet af 5-hydroxymethylfurfural i salt Astragalus membranaceus og vin Astragalus membranaceus reduceret. Dette kan v\u00e6re t\u00e6t forbundet med de kemiske reaktioner, der opst\u00e5r under behandlingen af Astragalus membranaceus, som er for\u00e5rsaget af komplekse kemiske reaktioner mellem dens indre komponenter efter ibl\u00f8ds\u00e6tning i saltvand og alkohol og varmebehandling. Sammenlignet med honningforarbejdning, salt- eller vinforarbejdning stiger indholdet af Meidi rosentr\u00e6sglykosid efter omr\u00f8ring af Huangqi-honningklid. Det spekuleres i, at \u00e6ndringen i indhold kan v\u00e6re relateret til omdannelsen af flavonoide glykosider under p\u00e5virkning af tilsatte hj\u00e6lpematerialer og ustabil varme. Efter omr\u00f8ring med honningklid \u00f8ges indholdet af flavonoider i Huangqi, mens vin- og saltbehandling vil reducere indholdet af flavonoider. Den traditionelle honningristningsmetode har ogs\u00e5 en indvirkning p\u00e5 opl\u00f8sningen af flavonoider, muligvis p\u00e5 grund af den h\u00f8je viskositet i Huangqi-honningristning, som infiltrerer overfladen af det medicinske materiale, g\u00f8r det vanskeligt at knuse og begr\u00e6nser opl\u00f8sningshastigheden.<br \/>\nSammenfattende \u00e6ndres den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af Astragalus membranaceus efter forskellige forarbejdningsmetoder, og den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning er det materielle grundlag for l\u00e6gemidlers forskellige farmakologiske virkninger. Derfor kan de forskellige komponenter v\u00e6re de aktive stoffer, der \u00e6ndrer effekten af Astragalus membranaceus og dets forarbejdede produkter. Ved at sammenligne fingeraftryksspektrene for forskellige forarbejdede produkter af Astragalus membranaceus viste det sig desuden, at top 21 var en f\u00e6lles top for b\u00e5de Astragalus membranaceus af honningklid og Astragalus membranaceus af vin, mens top 22 var en unik top for Astragalus membranaceus ristet i honning. Forfatteren spekulerer i, at de unikke toppe i disse forskellige forarbejdede produkter kan p\u00e5virke det materielle grundlag for l\u00e6gemidlets virkning. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt bruger forskningsgruppen kun HPLC til at etablere fingeraftryksspektre for fire forarbejdede produkter af Astragalus membranaceus til analyse. Efterf\u00f8lgende analysemetoder som UPLC, LC-MS og GC-MS skal bruges til yderligere at analysere og diskutere de nyligt tilf\u00f8jede toppe i hvert forarbejdet produkt. Kvalitetsevaluering kan ogs\u00e5 udf\u00f8res ud fra aspekter som udseende, morfologi, identifikation osv. for yderligere at udforske \u00e6ndringerne i den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning og
